Bob Livingston

Robert L. Livingston served as a Member of Congress for 11 consecutive terms after becoming the first Republican to represent Louisiana's 1st Congressional District in 102 years. During his tenure in Congress, Mr. Livingston served on the House Appropriations Committee and the Select Committee on Intelligence. In 1997, he served on a bipartisan panel to reform House Ethics Rules. As a member of the Appropriations Committee, he helped produce the last balanced budget submitted by Congress. Following his departure from Congress, Mr. Livingston founded The Livingston Group, a lobbying firm based in Washington, D.C. and New Orleans.
