  1. Chansley and the rest of the J6 prisoners should be allowed to sue the living h#ll out of EVERYBODY involved with denying them their rights and imprisoning them for so long. Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, and all the other TDS politicians, left-wing judges and lawyers, etc. etc. Civil lawsuits with civil fines and penalties. Hit ’em in their personal pocketbooks and hit’em hard!

Anything less is an insult to all American citizens.

    • I fully agree Jacob Chansley and others should sue and collect from the anti-American politicians who arranged their prison time. The socialists should be removed from the Congress and the White House. J. M. Miller of Georgia

  2. It’s about time. None should have been arrested. We are living is a growing socialist society, no one is working for the people.

  3. I don’t applaud the Bureau of Prisons as Jacob Chansley’s lawyer has done. I heap scorn on the whole system for the egregious Constitutional rights violations and false imprisonments.

  4. He was released because the video’s show that he did nothing that he was charged with. The DC Police guided him on a tour of the Capitol and allowed him to speak from a Capitol chamber, walk outside and leave. Any of the so called insurrectionists that broke windows pushed past barricades or caused damage to the Capitol should be charged, all others should be released. Reparations should be paid to the family of Ashley Babbitt for her murder, she was not a terrorist in anyway destructive. What Capitol Police did at the behest of NP should come forward and tell the truth of what was asked of them.
