Arizona Supreme Court Rejects Majority Of Kari Lake Challenge

-

The Arizona has rejected all but one of Kari Lake‘s claims in her lawsuit alleging inaccuracies in the state's ballot-counting process.

The former GOP gubernatorial candidate lost the election to now-Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) by roughly 17,000 votes. Lake is challenging the results in a lawsuit that questioned ballot printer accuracy and the application of signature verification procedures in Maricopa County, Arizona.

According to Fox News, the Arizona Court of Appeals denied Lake's request to throw out ballots and overturn the results of the 2022 election last month.

“Lake's arguments highlight Election Day difficulties, but her request for relief fails because the evidence presented to the superior court ultimately supports the court's conclusion that voters were able to cast their ballots, that votes were counted correctly, and that no other basis justifies setting aside the election result,” the wrote after its decision.

In the latest development Wednesday, Arizona's Supreme Court ruled that a lower court had mistakenly thrown out Lake's claim regarding the signature verification process. On Twitter late Wednesday, Lake said the development was “HUGE.”

Despite Lake's disappointing results in the 2020 election, the Arizona Republican has catapulted herself to national notoriety. Lake has reportedly been rumored to be mulling a 2024 Senate challenge but in a statement to Fox earlier this month the former news anchor revealed she is still committed to becoming Arizona's governor. “I am 100% dedicated to serving as Arizona governor,” she told Fox News Digital. “I will also work to make sure President Trump gets back in the White House ASAP. Anything outside of those two goals is nothing but a distraction.”

“Our best days are ahead of us, and it all starts with electing America First candidates all across this country,” Lake added.

Lake has also reportedly been considered to be among the candidates is considering as his running mate.

  1. Once again, the gutless Arizona State Supreme Court throws out all but 1 election challenge from the Keri Lake case. Can’t they do better than that! It’s either all or nothing. Please save our Republic. Let’s get real!

    • Correct. There are major and minor corruptions by her opponent–Katie Hobbs– controlling of the process as AZ AG. They’re related and compound, one upon the other.

Our courts allow the crushing of J6 “due process,” but allow repeat proof of election fraud! No bravery by those in authority = no protection of our God given rights: the very purpose of their office.
