Moms For Liberty Labeled ‘Anti-Government’ Extremist Group – For The First Time

-

, a burgeoning grassroots organization, is being labeled as a hate group for the first time by the far-left  (SPLC).

The group considers itself a vanguard in the movement to defend parental rights. Founded in January 2021, it has blossomed, now comprising 265 chapters in 43 states with more than 110,000 members.

Critics say they want to ban books outright and eliminate sex , in addition to orchestrating harassment campaigns against teachers and faculty.

Claims the group's founders vigorously deny.

USA Today has more on the Southern Poverty Law Center's annual report:

Moms for Liberty and the other organizations are being designated as “anti- extremist groups,” based on longstanding criteria, explained SPLC Intelligence Project Director Susan Corke. Corke said the grassroots conservative groups are part of a new front in the battle against inclusivity in schools, though they are drawing from ideas rooted in age-old white supremacy.

“[The movement]  is primarily aimed at not wanting to include our hard history, topics of racism, and a very strong push against teaching anything having to do with LGBTQ topics in schools,” Corke said. ”We saw this as a very deliberate strategy to go to the local level.”

The new designations are detailed in the SPLC's annual 2022 Year in Hate and Extremism report.

The report labeled a further 11 other parental rights groups as extremists. Despite its partisan reputation, many regard the SPLC as the ultimate arbiter of hate groups, as USA Today goes out of its way to note:

The SPLC is one of the most widely recognized research organizations tracking hate and extremism in the . Being added to its watchlist means almost certain notoriety. Over the years, the center has brought new focus to self-described militias, anti-immigrant groups and outright hate groups. The SPLC has also sued hate groups and individual extremists in the civil courts, often with great success.

  1. The SPLC was revealed as a lift wing racket even in liberal periodicals. That it should be given any credence is a denial of reality, but USA Today is excellent at denying truth.

  2. And when will the so-called journalists catch on to the news that the SPLC is a propaganda outlet funded by George Soros, and therefore should always be dismissed out of hand!

  3. What is happening to our country?? How can these leftist IDIOTS be taken serious by anyone???

    • How can these leftists IDIOTS be taken seriously you ask? It’s Leftist idiots who take them seriously.

  4. So, what group gets to declare leftist groups as hate groups? If there is none than I guess, we need one. JMO

  5. Here is what really is going on.

There are a lot of people who want to sin. They don’t want to be restrained from sinning or even be reminded that what they are doing is wrong. So, they revolt against anyone or anything that does so. Anyone or anything that stands for what is right. The really sad thing is that there are a lot of negative consequences for sinning. Loss of life, shortened life, lower quality of life, and unhealthy, even toxic relationships are just some of the common consequences.

On top of the consequences on those who practice sin, many other people are negatively affected too.

Sin is toxic for everyone it touches.

  6. The Southern Poverty Law Center is a JOKE. They are run by a bunch of radical blacks who are some o the MOST racist on the planet. They see racism in anything, anyone, or any organization or business of which they disagree..it is ALWAYS racist with these bozo’s. I would rather to business with a nest of snakes.
