James O’Keefe Strikes Back – Exposes Potential Democrat Money Laundering Scheme

-

James O'Keefe has returned with a vengeance.

Since leaving , the conservative investigative journalist has launched his own news enterprise: O'Keefe Group (OMG), to capitalize on his work and “achieve a more ethical and transparent society.”

And he hasn't disappointed.

The fearless muckraker has documented a potentially massive money laundering scheme by , the de facto fundraising arm of progressive candidates and causes nationwide.

By scouring public election records, O'Keefe found that some small-dollar donors had “donated” up to 18,000 times.

While those were the most noteworthy red flags, there were plenty of eye-opening observations, including the liberal donor in Washington state who donated to a candidate they likely didn't know thousands of miles away in Georgia.

According to O'Keefe, the Federal Election Commission (FEC) data revealed a flurry of donation activity from small donors, particularly senior citizens. To reiterate, some made an unbelievable number of donations — as in thousands of individual contributions — over a single year.

RedState's Kira Davis reports:

Using the publicly available data, O'Keefe headed to Maryland to track down some of the donors from that state and confirm with them if they had indeed been making thousands of small donations a year to ActBlue.

For example, one senior citizen was recorded as making over 1,000 individual donations in the year 2022 for a total of a little over $18,000. That would mean she was donating to ActBlue three times a day for an entire year. When asked if she had purposefully donated so frequently to the organization, the Maryland senior told O'Keefe that while she had donated a few dollars here and there, she absolutely had not donated that much money, nor that many times.

The woman was nothing short of perplexed when confronted with the truth.

An Arizona resident, age 80, was recorded as having made 18,672 individual contributions for a total of $170,221.37. The data shows her making contributions up to ten times a day at times. When approached by an OMG reporter, the woman expressed shock at the amount, and claimed she most certainly did not make those donations and was completely unaware that donations were being made in her name with that frequency and for that total amount.

OMG's investigation was prompted by a lawsuit submitted to the U.S. District Court of Maryland by the Gibson Group and Maryland 2020 Watch. OMG says they have uncovered similar potential laundering schemes across the country.

  1. Great work, James! About time someone started looking into the criminal acts of the socialist democrats. Does laundering money fall within the RICO Act? The only way to discourage grassroots criminality is if the penalty far outweighs the crime. Once people know they will go to jail for a long time if they are found guilty of this behavior, the more likely they will not be swayed into committing this type of crime. Criminal activity related to fixing the outcome of a political election must be treated very seriously by our Criminal Justice system – regardless of the political party involved.

  2. Although these schemes are illegal, law enforcement and the courts will give their blessing to the criminals simply because they are democrats, trying to destroy this nation. Because of the bribery they receive from the CCP! Watch what they have been doing and are doing, no matter what they say!

    • So great to have James back on the road of fighting corruption. Unfortunately, nothing will happen, agree they will protect their own, and life will continue as usual.

      • Wonderful to have James back and doing wonderful scrutiny – the criminals had better watch out. The American people are really fed up with all the corruption. The responder mentioned Rome – we will be next if we do not stop this nonsense now !!

  3. Good Job, James! You can’t keep a great fighter for honesty down for long, like 3-days!! Best of luck with the OMG agency! You have much to accomplish with all the corruption in America, worse than ever!
