NYPD Apprehends Illegal Immigrant In Assault Case Following Incident With Locals

-

ANALYSIS – “Street justice.” In a bizarre case of “Alien vs. Predator” (yea, like the movie) an illegal alien accused of kidnapping and rape of a 13-year-old girl in City (NYC) in broad daylight was captured and beaten by locals.

The dazed and frightened 25-year-old Ecuadorean illegal predator was kept under citizen's arrest by residents beneath the car he crawled under until police arrived.

The enraged locals appeared to be mostly Hispanics or immigrants, though that hasn't been confirmed. They ranged from 23-year-old women, and young men, to a 67-year-old woman.

One meme on social media said: “Let's have illegal immigrants hunt down sex offenders for a chance at citizenship. We'll call it “Aliens vs Predators.”

Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi appeared bloody and shirtless in a video of a group of New York Police Department () officers swarming the vile rapist who was let into the country by 's outrageous open border policies.

Members of the community recognized him from a wanted poster and at least 10 neighborhood residents took matters into their own hands. NYPD officers arrived a few minutes later.

Inga-Landi is accused of forcing two 13-year-olds, a boy and a girl, into the woods at a nearby park with a machete-like knife Thursday.

Fox News reported:

Once hidden in the brush, police allege he tied the children's wrists together and raped the girl. Then they say he stole their cellphones and told them to sit still as he escaped. At his arraignment Wednesday, prosecutors revealed the children had also been gagged and said they found a water bottle at the scene that tested positive for Inga-Landi's DNA.

“This attack on two children in broad daylight in a city park strikes the very core of our society,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

According to the criminal complaint, the children did not know their attacker, and he told them to “shut up” before tying them together and stuffing their mouths with fabric.

The document also states that Inga-Landi admitted to the attack in an interview with detectives. He allegedly told police he gagged one child with a bandana and the other with a piece of cloth, threatened them with a machete-like knife and raped the girl.

Inga-Landi was earlier arrested for subway fare jumping and drinking in public which would have been punished under Republican mayors and DAs. He now faces charges rape, kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child.

The illegal alien rapist could get up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.

Hopefully, they will throw the book at him. Though, it is , so who knows.

The suspected violent offender entered the U.S. illegally through Eagle Pass, , in 2021, according to authorities. He was then captured and released, all under 's watch.

According to the New York Post, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sources said an immigration judge in New York City ordered Inga-Landi to leave the US back in February 2022. 25, to leave the country on Feb. 2, 2022.

The Post added:

He and his then-3-year-old son were released to a local nonprofit organization with a document providing a future court date known as a Notice to Appear document.

The family was deemed “inadmissible” by border agents because they lacked proper documentation to be in the US but were released with the notice to appear in immigration court for “humanitarian” reasons.

Most migrants who cross the border illegally are deemed inadmissible, but are still released, sources said.

“People are getting released with NTAs because Border Patrol cannot hold detainees longer than 72 hours,” a source explained.
