Former Fox News and Newsmax host Eric Bolling is set to debut a new show, BOLLING!, under the Red Seat Ventures banner, joining conservative figures like Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson. The show will air on YouTube and Rumble, with plans for five-day weekly coverage and potential cable distribution in the future.
As Mediaite reports:
Red Seat Ventures, the rapidly growing go-to hub for right-wing commentators stepping away from traditional networks, includes veterans who have worked with Kelly and ex-Fox News host Bill O’Reilly.
Red Seat Ventures is reportedly in talks with cable networks for possible distribution of Bolling’s show. Bolling’s move comes after his departure from Newsmax, as he joins a growing group of conservative media personalities shifting toward independent platforms.
Bolling departed from Newsmax in May after three years as a prime time host for the right-leaning cable news network.
“It’s time for Eric to embark on new endeavors,” the statement read. “Eric and Newsmax are grateful for their time together and proud of the work they have produced.” The seasoned host mentioned that he exited to pursue a “better work opportunity.”
Bolling’s website stated that he would announce a new project in the upcoming weeks.
Bolling joined Newsmax in 2021 after hosting a Sunday show for Sinclair Broadcast Group. Before that, he was a prominent figure at Fox News, co-hosting The Five until his departure in 2017.
