Jamie White, a senior editor for InfoWars, was allegedly murdered near his Austin, Texas, home late Sunday night. Alex Jones, the founder of InfoWars, announced White’s death, attributing it partially to the policies of the local district attorney, Jose Garza. Jones expressed deep sorrow over the loss of White, whom he described as InfoWars’ best writer and a close friend. According to Jones, White was returning home from work when the incident occurred.
On Monday, Jones delivered a powerful statement announcing White’s passing:
We are deeply saddened to inform you that InfoWars Reporter Jamie White was brutally murdered around midnight Sunday night due, in part, to the policies of the Soros Austin, TX D.A. Jose Garza.
We pledge that Jamie’s tragic death will not be in vain, and those responsible for this senseless violence will be brought to justice.
Jamie’s important work will be carried on through InfoWars, our readers, and our cherished listeners.
The New York Post has more:
Jones described White as the best writer at InfoWars and a “good friend” who had been working at the outlet for many years, in a broadcast posted to X.
White was heading home from work Sunday night when he was killed, Jones said in the video.
Austin police reported finding an adult male with significant trauma around midnight, who later died in the hospital. The crime scene was described as being bloody, with investigators collecting evidence from a nearby apartment. The police have not yet identified any suspects and continue to investigate. This incident marks the eighth homicide in Austin this year.
White was known for his work covering geopolitics, government affairs, international and breaking news, psychological operations and media culture. His recent articles delved into topics such as public sentiment regarding political figures and analyses of assassination attempts.
The Austin Police Department has not yet released an official statement regarding White’s death. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities urge anyone with information to come forward.
