In 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood drafted a document that, for many, might have seemed like an abstract declaration of intent—a mere piece of paper detailing a distant dream of Islamist expansion. That document, An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America, was discovered in 2004 during an FBI raid on a Virginia home linked to the Holy Land Foundation, a U.S.-based charity later convicted of financing Hamas. It was written by Mohamed Akram, a senior Brotherhood member, and outlined a deliberate, systematic plan to infiltrate American institutions and steer them toward the Brotherhood’s ideological aims.
Those who dismiss concerns about Islamist influence in America often do so with a tired refrain: “Where is the proof?” They fail to recognize that the proof has been sitting in plain sight for decades, unfolding step by step. The Brotherhood has not only attempted to execute its strategy, but it has done so with alarming success. This is not speculative. The evidence is all around us—from the radicalization of university campuses to the legitimization of Islamist-aligned organizations as political and social arbiters in the United States.
The memorandum itself is unambiguous in its aims. The Brotherhood’s stated goal, as outlined in the document, is “eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.” This is not an appeal for peaceful coexistence; it is a call for ideological conquest. And crucially, it does not rely on overt acts of violence, but rather on what could be described as a “soft jihad”—a gradual infiltration of key institutions in order to shape policy, culture and discourse.
Today, we see this strategy playing out most visibly on college campuses. Recent pro-Palestinian protests have metastasized into something far beyond simple advocacy for Palestinian self-determination. The slogans, the rhetoric, the demands—these are not the markers of ordinary political activism. Rather, they bear the unmistakable fingerprints of Islamist influence, a direct consequence of the Brotherhood’s decades-long efforts to radicalize academic institutions.

One need only observe the nature of these demonstrations to see the clear alignment with the Brotherhood’s objectives. Chants of “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” are not merely political expressions but calls for the elimination of the state of Israel—an objective that aligns neatly with Hamas, the Brotherhood’s militant offshoot in Gaza. Likewise, the demands of these campus activists often extend beyond mere opposition to Israeli policy; they call for structural changes in American institutions, including divestment from companies linked to Israel, academic boycotts and the complete severance of diplomatic ties.
These protests did not emerge from a vacuum. The Brotherhood’s memorandum explicitly emphasized the necessity of embedding its ideology within academia. One of its primary methods for achieving this has been the establishment and infiltration of student organizations. The Muslim Students’ Association (MSA), one of the groups listed in the memorandum’s annex, has played a pivotal role in shaping the discourse on campuses across the country. What began as a student support network has evolved into an ideological hub that has provided a launching pad for figures who later became key players in Islamist activism in America.
Beyond the protests, the Brotherhood’s success can also be measured in how American institutions have internalized its narratives. The very concept of “Islamophobia” as a widespread societal ill requiring government intervention was popularized by organizations linked to the Brotherhood’s network, such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Through a combination of media influence, legal activism and strategic partnerships with left-wing organizations, these groups have positioned themselves as gatekeepers of acceptable discourse, shutting down criticism of Islamist movements under the guise of fighting bigotry.
The implications of this go beyond mere ideological debates. The memorandum explicitly outlined the importance of political engagement as a means of shaping policy. In recent years, Islamist-aligned groups have increasingly embedded themselves within the political machinery of the United States, influencing everything from law enforcement training protocols to foreign policy stances. The push to eliminate references to Islamist ideology in counterterrorism training materials during the Obama administration was not a random act of political correctness—it was a direct consequence of the Brotherhood’s long-term strategy.
But perhaps the most damning proof that the Brotherhood’s plan is being executed lies in the consequences we now face. College campuses have become breeding grounds for radical activism that goes beyond mere criticism of Israeli policy to embrace full-fledged opposition to Western institutions. Islamist-aligned organizations now wield significant influence over public discourse, ensuring that their ideological objectives are insulated from scrutiny. And politicians, eager to court certain voting blocs, have increasingly legitimized these groups, granting them access to the halls of power.

The Brotherhood did not merely articulate a vision in 1991. They provided a blueprint. And they have followed it with remarkable discipline. The question is not whether they have been successful, but rather how long America will continue to ignore the obvious. Their strategy was never about immediate conquest through violence—it was always about the slow, deliberate erosion of the foundational principles of Western civilization. The memorandum was their playbook, and we are watching the execution of their game plan in real time.
To dismiss this as a coincidence or as an exaggerated concern is to ignore the reality unfolding before our eyes. The Brotherhood has not wavered from its goal. The only question that remains is whether America will recognize what is happening before it is too late.
An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America
Written by Mohamed Akram, May 22, 1991 (Translated by the U.S. Government in 2008 as evidence in the Holy Land Foundation Trial)
Introduction: In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
This memorandum outlines the general strategic goal for the Ikhwan (the Muslim Brotherhood) in North America, focusing on methods to establish an effective presence and influence within American society.
Strategic Objective:
“The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”
This goal must be pursued through ideological, cultural, political, and legal means rather than overt violence, as it is essential to embed Islamic identity and influence within key American institutions.
Methods and Approaches:
The document outlines several key means by which this objective can be achieved:
- Institutional Infiltration: Establishing and expanding influence within universities, media, political organizations, and governmental institutions. Supporting individuals sympathetic to the Ikhwan cause to rise within influential organizations.
- Civilizational Jihad: Promoting narratives of Muslim victimhood to gain sympathy and protection from criticism. Using legal challenges to reshape laws and policies to favor Islamist objectives.
- Strategic Alliances: Forming partnerships with progressive organizations, civil rights groups, and political movements to amplify influence and create a perception of shared interests.
- Community Organization: Establishing strong Islamic organizations to serve as the foundation for mobilization and control over the Muslim community in North America.
Affiliated Organizations:
The memorandum includes an annex listing several Islamic organizations operating in the U.S. as part of the Ikhwan’s network. Some of these organizations remain active today, including:
- The Muslim Students’ Association (MSA) – Present on many university campuses, playing a significant role in shaping narratives related to Islam and politics.
- The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) – One of the largest Islamic umbrella organizations in the U.S.
- The North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) – A financial institution controlling funding for many mosques and Islamic centers.
- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) – A group frequently involved in legal and political advocacy, often framing scrutiny of Islamist influence as “Islamophobia.”
These organizations were tasked with carrying out the Brotherhood’s objectives while presenting themselves as moderate, mainstream voices of the Muslim community.
Conclusion:
The document emphasizes the necessity of long-term, patient work to ensure that Islam becomes an influential force in North America. It stresses that the Brotherhood’s efforts should be gradual, methodical and adaptable to American societal structures.
“We must possess a mastery of the art of ‘coalitions,’ the art of ‘absorption,’ and the principles of ‘cooperation.’ By doing so, we can weave ourselves into the fabric of the country while steadily shifting its trajectory toward our vision.”

This organization of Muslim Terrorists got us Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama.Do you understand were we are now?
They have the support of every elected Democrat in Washington and those that support them.

Round these people up and detain them, document them, if they are of foreign citizenship remove any authorization to remain in the US. Then deport them and put them on a no return list. Take Photo’s of them, finger print them, and record any affliaiations or terrorism acts they have been displayed. Start Deporting radical Imams who are the directors of the take over acts.

DEUTERONOMY 28:43-45 ALERT!
“The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail. Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkens not unto the voice of Yahweh thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:” (Deuteronomy 28:43-45)
QUESTION: Is America’s landscape dotted with Mosques, Synagogues, and Temples devoted to gods not Yahweh (God of the Bible) because of the First Commandment or because of the First Commandment-violating, polytheism-enabling First Amendment?
CLUE: It’s not because of the First Commandment!
Consequently, every America who promotes the First Amendment is complicit in everything biblically abominable (including terrorist acts and our posterity proselytized to their false gods) committed in the name of any of these false gods and/or at the hands of their devotees.

The article says it all. If the citizens of our great country can’t or don’t see what is happening, then we are doomed to become an Islamic state sooner than I would have imagined. If there is a way to counter this ‘invasion’ of Islam in America, it needs to be started sooner rather than later. Complacency will kill us all. Islam teaches that infidels should be eradicated from the world.
What also bothers me is this Muslim city in Texas that is growing with approvals from all local and national governments.
Goes further back then this alone
We must put people that have our traditional Christian cultural values and beliefs in areas that are influential. Teachers, schools, universities, research institutes,, political training and education facilities and every other place that has social interaction.
