The response to the Navy’s recent, wildly woke training using two rainbow-clad sailors explaining how to create a “safe space” by using “proper gender pronouns,” and “inclusive language” has been ferocious.
Retired Navy SEAL and Texas Rep. Dan Crenshaw tweeted:
Here’s an idea, fire everyone in the Navy who puts pronouns in their email signature and focus on how to be better at war.
For God’s sake, stop this stupidity.
In a video posted on Facebook and Instagram on Tuesday, Crenshaw added insightfully: “And look, side note: we already have inclusive language in the military. It’s called ranks. You can just call somebody a chief, or a petty officer or a captain or a lieutenant. Boom. Inclusive. Problem solved.”
Rob O’Neill, the SEAL who killed Osama Bin Laden, echoed Crenshaw’s comments, calling the guidance “ridiculously useless.”
“Let me make it simple for the entire @USNavy: Your pronouns are shipmate/shipmates. There. I just saved the taxpayers millions by avoiding ridiculously useless training. Anchors aweigh,” he tweeted.
In the Navy video, Naval Undersea Warfare Center engineer Jony Rozon introduces himself by telling the viewer that he uses “he/him” pronouns. His co-host, engineer Conchy Vasquez, then says she uses “she/her” pronouns.
The video goes on to promote the use of “inclusive language” and being “allies,” as well as instruction on what to do if someone is “misgendered.”

I saw this trend start way back in the 70’s under Zumwalt and wanted none of it so I decided not to ship over again and I’m glad I didn’t because it went continually downhill from there.

Obama politicized the military. As Commander in Chief, he subverted the UCMJ to purge officers who did not gush enthusiastically about his policies.
I had noticed the dozens of times he announced controversial policies and repeated old ones, to military only audiences. In 8 years, he forced out nearly 300 officers O6 and higher.
They were reported by other officers for not being enthusiastic enough or expressing a personal opinion. They were threatened with court martial under any one of five articles, (Articles 88, Contempt, Article 89, Disrespect, Article 90, Disobeying a Superior officer, Article 92, Disobeying an order, Article 134, the General Article for actions prejudicial to good order and discipline).
Most had 20 years service, so they just retired. They were also told to keep quiet or be recalled to active duty for Court Martial, and lose everything. Yes, officers can be recalled to active duty for Court Martial, under Title 10, US CFR (Code of Federal Regulations). Austin and Milley and their crew used the 60 day stand down “to root out extremism” to get rid of more.
If officers do not gush approvingly with this campaign, I’m sure Austin and Milley have encouraged people to report them, and purge them the same way.

Joe Biden left 10 billion dollars in top grade military equipment to an enemy we spent 80 billion over 20 years fighting. Right before the disastrous withdrawal in ordered the “rainbow flag” to be flown over our 11 million dollar embassy in Kabul (which was later abandoned) in support of “gay pride” month. Now he and his “woke” DOD are promoting such embarrassments as having the Air Force fly the rainbow flag and (in tweets) having rainbow bullets on Marine helmets. I used to think that the Military was our last bastion of “Meritocracy” in our once great Republic, but under Biden it is fast deteriorating into a “Clown Show” and the Russians and Chinese are rolling on the ground laughing.
Upon enlisting in the United States Armed Forces, each person enlisting in an armed force (whether a soldier, Marine, sailor, airman, or Coast Guardsman) takes an oath of enlistment required by federal statute in 10 U.S.C. § 502. That section provides the text of the oath and sets out who may administer the oath:

I served 22-years in the Navy, retiring in 1979. Thank GOD that politically correct crap hadn’t started at that time or at least I wasn’t aware of it. I can’t imagine what it would be like to serve in the Navy today. I seriously doubt I would have enlisted under the circumstances that exist today.
I have one question that I believe is pertinent. Where does the Navy find time to indoctrinate sailors in this useless crap? When I served finding time to do my job and engage in necessary training was difficult. My question is rhetorical, of course. I’m sure the answer is obvious – important training such as firefighting, abandon ship, man overboard drills are short-changed at best or even eliminated so the queers can be appeased. My final thought on this matter: if these idiots insist on their ‘preferred pronouns’ rather than the proper ones then kick their sorry asses out of the Navy.
The big push to destroy our country and our military got an extra boost when that anti-America obama was somehow elected. He turned our military leaders from being commanders to being politicians. Those that didn’t tow the line were forced out and replaced by those that did. Trump was able to stop some of the decline but as soon as the senile old man was put in office the decline started back up. Our biggest external enemies, China, Russia, Iran, and N.Korea are all laughing at the state of our military and are no longer afraid to take whatever action around the world they want because they know our government will do nothing about it. In Mark Milley’s Army, it shall be understood that army blankets would be a lime green background with violet threads woven through it, accompanied by a complimentary robe of the same weave with the new Army logo of They/Them in violet on the breast pocket. They are to be given to every soldier. Biden believing that it would re-enforce to the CCP the strength of the U.S. military would then give the contract to produce them to the Chinese textile company, Shanghai Nasun.
