Rep. Anna Paulina Luna says the U.S. government has credible evidence of otherworldly entities capable of operating outside our understanding of time and space.
The Florida Republican made the claim on an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the world’s most-listened-to podcast. Luna told Rogan she is “very confident” that what she’s seen and heard through official government channels points to the existence of interdimensional beings — not just aliens in flying saucers, but entities that can move through dimensions in ways we don’t yet comprehend.
Luna said her belief rests on tangible evidence — classified information, photographic records, and testimony from military pilots. “Based on the photos I’ve seen, I’m very confident there are things out there not created by mankind,” she told Rogan.

The Tampa Bay-area Republican chairs the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, a House Oversight Committee subcommittee. The position grants her access to classified material most Americans will never see.
During the interview, Luna said these beings can “operate through the time spaces that we currently have,” citing reports from “very credible people” who claim to have seen movement outside normal space-time.
“That’s very vague,” Rogan responded with a laugh.
“Yeah, so look, have I seen a portal open? No,” Luna replied. “Have I seen a spaceship myself? No. But have I seen photographic documentation that suggests otherwise? Absolutely. Have I seen evidence that leads me to believe these things weren’t made by mankind? Yes.”
Mediaite has more on the surreal exchange:
Luna called for more transparency on the topic, as many of these incidents are classified. She did describe one incident involving Vandenberg Air Base where people, including a pilot, reported seeing a red cube in the sky that was bigger than a football field.
Luna also shared a personal story from her time in the Air Force as an airfield management specialist. While stationed at Portland Air National Guard Base, she said there was an “airspace incursion” involving Air Force pilots who were “essentially outperformed” by an unidentified aircraft.
“They’re like, ‘Eh, we can’t really talk about it,’ and no one really wanted to address it,” Luna said, adding that pilots fear losing their “flight status” and being grounded for sharing such stories.
This isn’t the first time Luna has weighed in on the UFO issue. In early 2024, she said she believed unidentified aerial phenomena may not be extraterrestrial in the traditional sense, but interdimensional — potentially even connected to humanity in ways we don’t yet understand.
