Team Biden is dropping its witch-hunt against a prominent pro-life activist and faith leader in Pennsylvania months after the FBI raided his home with his family inside.
On Monday, pro-life activist Mark Houck, 48, was found not guilty of federal charges alleging he violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act over an incident outside an abortion clinic in Philadelphia in October 2021.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the FACE prohibits violent, threatening, damaging, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain or provide reproductive health services.
According to reports from Townhall, the jury began deliberations on Friday but was “deadlocked.” After resuming deliberations on Monday, Houck was acquitted of the charges.
“We are, of course, thrilled with the outcome,” Houck’s attorney, Peter Breen, said in a statement.
“Mark and his family are now free of the cloud that the Biden administration threw upon them. We took on Goliath – the full might of the United States government – and won,” he added. “The jury saw through and rejected the prosecution’s discriminatory case, which was harassment from day one. This is a win for Mark and the entire pro-life movement. The Biden Department of Justice’s intimidation against pro-life people and people of faith has been put in its place.”
As American Liberty News previously reported, Houck was accused of shoving a Planned Parenthood abortion escort named Bruce Love in 2021.
As a result, Houck was charged with two counts of violating the FACE Act over the alleged “attack of a patient escort.” Houck claimed that the pro-abortion volunteer was verbally harassing his 12-year-old son. Police declined to arrest Houck at the scene saying there was insufficient evidence of an assault.
In September, Houck was arrested at his home in front of his wife and children. Mark’s wife, Ryan-Marie Houck, claims the 25-30 agents had their guns drawn.
Love maintains that he was escorting patients back to their cars at the time of the altercation.
Ryan-Marie claims that Bruce taunted her son for weeks, making vulgar comments that she didn’t feel comfortable fully disclosing to the press. She described them as “crude… inappropriate and disgusting.
Houck has made a name for himself locally as an author, radio host, activist and the president of The King’s Men. According to its website, The King’s Men is an international association of groups founded to empower men to fit into the “mold of leader, protector, and provider through education, formation, healing, and action.”

This case never should nave been brought in the first place. Just another example of the radical Biden administration’s war on pro-lifers. Thankfully the jury saw through this total attempt at legal overreach.
Biden and his thugs need arrested for what they did to this man and his family. Joe Biden is a true communist who should be arrested for treason. He doesn’t know the constitution and he really doesn’t care to know it. A dictator setup by China and Soros to destroy America.
Arresting Mark Houck was wrong. He was trying to protect his young son from Love, who is a bully. Houck did not hurt Love but, as always, dems make a mountain out of a mole hill. Love is the one who should have been in trouble. Arresting Houck was wrong enough, but to come at him in his home with his children with 25-30 armed agents was purely political theatre and meant to intimidate and scare Houck into submission to the Left ideology. And isn’t it telling how dems will arrest a good father for ‘SHOVING” a man who is bothering his young son at an abortion center, BUT, will NOT even vote to condemn much worse actions at Pro-Life clinics and Churches. How they claim to love GOD is beyond me. Their actions are VERY TELLING.
