Navarro directed her wrath at Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a former client, for comparing Donald Trump’s conviction in his hush money trial to Fidel Castro’s show trials and executions aimed at consolidating power following the Cuban Revolution.
“How dare you Marco, how dare you!” seethed Navarro, surprising even Joy Behar. “Fifty-six hundred Cubans, at least, were shot in front of firing squads. Another 1,200 were shot and died because of extrajudicial hearings. How dare you use their name in vain so that you can suck up to this man.”
The wealthy political consultant, who recently accused Latino Trump supporters of having a “stupid attitude,” predicted that the presumptive GOP nominee wouldn’t choose Rubio as his running mate. (RELATED: Never Trump Republican Ana Navarro Calls Latino Trump Supporters ‘Stupid’)
“Marco has embarrassed himself to such a point. I mean he’s little in stature and little in principles,” she declared on the show’s official behind-the-scenes podcast.
Navarro also claimed to know all of Rubio’s secrets, which would discourage him from appearing on “The View” to debate the left-leaning hosts and improve his standing in Trump’s eyes.
Her remarks on the subject came when asked if Rubio would ever step into the studio for a debate with the ladies.
“Maybe if he thinks it helps his chances to get into a fight with me and the other women on ‘The View’ he would, but he knows I know where his skeletons are hidden,” she teased. “I’ve known him since we were kids.”

Navarro’s family moved to Florida from Nicaragua in 1980. She, like Rubio, spent much of her life growing up in Miami, Florida. Navarro still resides there.
Navarro emphasized that she was generally interested in debates with guests as long as they come in “good faith.”
For her part, Navarro, who once advised Jeb Bush as well, doesn’t seem to believe that the porous border or economic challenges facing countless American families should sway their vote.
Rubio is one of many possible candidates for Trump’s VP, including South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Sanders, Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin, North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem and Ohio Sen. JD Vance.

“We expect that Donald Trump is going to be in Milwaukee and he’s going to be able to accept that nomination and if not, we will make whatever contingency planning we need to make for it,” RNC Chair Michael Whatley confirmed Tuesday.
