Despite receiving negative media coverage, Tucker Carlson’s nationwide tour of Australia has proven to be a tremendous success. (The tour attracted significant attention, demonstrating Carlson’s ability to engage audiences globally.)
Masterclass in Media Tactics
In Canberra, Carlson showcased his expertise at dismantling left-wing media narratives in real time. The impromptu tutortial in countering liberal viewpoints followed an event discussing the release of Julian Assange.

As it concluded, Australian journalists began their questioning, each query dripping with a clear bias against the outspoken conservative.
Sparring Over Putin
Paul Sakkal of The Sydney Morning Herald, a publication that brands itself as centrist, attempted to shift the conversation to Vladimir Putin.
Sakkal began, “You’ve preempted my question on Putin.”
Carlson, anticipating this line of questioning, laughed and mocked the expected narrative: “PUTIN! PUTIN!”

Unperturbed, Sakkal pressed on. “And I think you did strategically because you knew it’s what we’d ask about.”
Carlson, with his signature quick wit, retorted, “PUTIN! HE’S SO BAD.”
Sakkal continued with his prepared question, asking, “Do you feel any level of shame or regret that you were termed a ‘useful-idiot’? Post your interview, Vladimir Putin himself expressed surprise at how weak your questions were. He also disputed your claim that no other journalists had requested interviews, saying that only you reported fairly.”
Carlson’s response was both swift and incisive: “Wait – I thought you were describing Putin as a psychopathic liar, and yet now you’re taking his word for things?”
Taking Down Accusations
Later, Carlson faced a worse journalist who accused him of racism and inciting violence against his fellow Americans.
The interaction highlighted his ability to remain composed and articulate despite the ad hominem nature of the attacks.

Carlson’s visit to Australia not only demonstrated his prowess in countering biased media narratives but also reinforced his standing as a compelling conservative voice on the global stage.
The media: hardly anyone in Australia went to see Tucker Carlson.
