ANALYSIS – Just weird. Kamala makes her latest “word salad.” Here is the Kamala Harris we have all been waiting for. The empty-headed poser who can't speak in coherent sentences but mangles her speech every time she opens her mouth without a teleprompter.
This, as her Democrat power broker puppeteers try to keep her in tightly controlled scenarios to hide her inability to speak cogently.
Let's point out that Harris has not held a press conference with reporters since emerging as the presumptive Democrat nominee.
This was her first non-scripted event since becoming the heir-apparent to Joe Biden's former presidential campaign.
In this instance, the Democrat presidential nominee reminded everyone of why she should never be America's commander-in-chief while welcoming home Americans recently released in a “prisoner” exchange with Russia on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
Her long-known weird tic of repeating words and phrases over and over in a mad attempt to sound intelligent was readily apparent as she spoke next to typically blank and befuddled Biden.
The Daily Caller notes:
“This is just an extraordinary testament to the importance of having a president who understands the power of diplomacy and understands the strength that rests in understanding the significance of diplomacy,” Harris told reporters while standing next to President Joe Biden.
I think what she's trying to say is “Biden likes diplomacy and that means he has good character.” But instead she just sounds like she's seven pints of lager deep and probably smoked something weird outside with the lads.
Harris often repeats herself endlessly during the same remarks.
Fox News reported:
The clip, first posted by the former President Trump campaign's “war room,” included responses calling Harris' comments “significance of the passage of time 2.0” – a reference to a prior instance wherein Harris repeated the same clause over and over while off-script.
During a 2022 visit to Sunset, Louisiana, with then-Gov. John Bel Edwards and Rep. Troy Carter, D-La., Harris had praised the officials and reflected on a tour of a library she took part in that day.
“We were … talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time,” Harris said. “So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs,” she added.
“And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent.”
And users on social media had a field day.
The Daily Wire reported:
“Here we go again,” said conservative commentator Tomi Lahren. “Kamala is still burdened by what has been, clearly.”
Former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell responded to the clip: “Dear God. Without a teleprompter she's unable to make sense. DC reporters are helping her hide.”
Meanwhile, Republican vice-presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance criticized the media and Harris over her comments.
“It's amazing that journalists can look themselves in the mirror while letting this person coast to a major party nomination for president,” Vance said on X. “Is anyone going to ask this person a question?”
