The Taurus GX4 Magazine Pinky Extension gives you an elongated grip and retails for $4.99 (at the time of this writing).
This magazine pouch can be carried IWB, in the pocket, outside the belt (with built-in belt loop), or in with Sticky Holsters exclusive A-frame mode – which works with or without a belt.
As the GX4 was just released yesterday, keep in mind that images with the pistol are still scarce. These holsters are compatible with the GX4, even if the guns in the photos don't show it.

This is a patent pending holster that includes interchangeable belt slot and paddle attachments. Galco improved this model in 2020 to accomodate more guns. It's made of elasticized nylon with two leather holster pockets that fit most handguns. It also has two accessory pockets. With the UnderWraps Bellyband 2.0 you can carry strongside, crossdraw, and appendix.

Also made with Boltaron thermoform material, the Model 17T comes with a C-clip attachment, providing a strong belt retention on the holster, while minimizing its visibility.
The Model 135 is a dedicated IWB formed that attaches to the belt with tuckable dual C-Clips, taking as little real estate as possible on the belt.

Viridian Laser Sights
Viridian specializes in gun-specific lasers and with the announcement of Taurus' new micro-compact GX4, Viridian has announced its new E-Series green and red laser sights for the pistol. Both models have a five-minute auto shut-off, to preserve battery life.
According to the company, the red laser excels in low-light scenarios. It's adjustable for windage and elevation, with a range of up to 25 yards in daylight and one mile at night. Battery life (constant) is six hours. Comes with a seven year warranty.
The E-Series laser sights mount to the trigger guard.
For those who prefer a green laser, this one is also adjustable for windage and elevation, with a range of up to 25 yards in daylight and one mile at night. Battery life (constant) is six hours and the green laser also comes with a seven year warranty.
The ambidextrous on/off button of the laser sight is positioned directly where the trigger finger falls during the draw.
