New NATO members prompt US Army to revisit ‘high north' (Arctic) stock locations. The service is also crafting a plan and working the diplomatic channels to gain new agreements for Army prepositioned stock sites in the Indo-Pacific region.
Missile-finding Space Force unit in Qatar ‘almost certain' to have saved lives. A Space Force unit recently stood up in the Middle East is making its mark by giving a heads-up to U.S. troops being targeted by enemy missiles.

Russia launches barrage of 99 drones and missiles on Ukraine's energy system. The large-scale attack was launched Friday.
Putin signs decree on spring military conscription. Vladimir Putin is calling up 150,000 citizens for statutory military service.
France will deliver hundreds of armored vehicles to Ukraine. This, by the beginning of next year as part of a new package of military aid for the country that just entered its third year of war against Russian invasion.
INTERNATIONAL SECURITY
Nordic nations ponder military changes with NATO in mind. With all Nordic countries now part of NATO, the nations must manage how to integrate national as well as regional security initiatives with alliance needs, which could require changes to existing command structures.
In Poland, jets return to the road – with Italian friends in tow. Italian Eurofighters, as well one of Poland's Turkish-made TB2 drones, joined Poland's fleet of Su-22s and MiG-29s on doing road landings during a recent exercise.
France asks for foreign police and military help with massive Paris Olympics security challenge. It has asked 46 countries if they would be willing to supply more than 2,000 police officers to help secure the Olympics this summer.
Iran alerted Russia to security threat before Moscow attack. It warned of a potential major “terrorist operation” on its soil ahead of the concert hall massacre near Moscow last month.
US MILITARY
National Guard wish list would restore fighters cut from 2025 budget. The National Guard's budgetary wish list would restore the dozen fighters and allow the service to buy all of the F-15EXs it originally planned.
Contractor guardians? Space Force considers commercial help for operations. It may use civilians or even contractors to help conduct operations, as the service sorts out how to best manage its small workforce.
UGGHHH – Navy unveils new culture campaign to show ‘what right looks like.' The Navy rolled out a new effort this month to reframe Navy culture and provide leaders the right tools to understand their sailors better.
