Hillary Clinton Mentioned For First Time In Epstein Docs

-

The latest document dump from a 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by one of 's most prominent accusers mentioned Clinton yet again. But, this time, both Bill and Hillary's names appeared.

The former first lady and secretary of state hasn't been accused of wrongdoing. Neither have or – though former President Clinton was identified as being in Epstein's presence on numerous occasions. At least one accuser placed him at Little Saint James. On Thursday, newly released emails purported that the former president went to Vanity Fair's headquarters in 2003 to pressure the editor-in-chief to suppress a story about Epstein's predatory behavior. However, the New York Post reports its investigation concludes that Epstein stopped Vanity Fair from publishing the article himself.

Blast reports that buried in Friday's unsealed documents, 's name appears during a search of Epstein confidant and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell:

It's unclear if anything was returned from the search with the former first lady's name attached.

As we reported, the second batch of unsealed documents states that attorneys for Ghislaine Maxwell suggest that a reporter for a British tabloid helped Giuffre “sensationalize stories” about her alleged sexual encounters while on the island.

“In that role, she helped manufacture some of the stories that have been denied and that are the central issues in this case,” Maxwell's attorney stated per the recent docs. “She was actively and personally involved in changing those stories over time and in the creation and addition of new salacious details about public figures.”

This batch of documents, which names Hillary Clinton, is not the first to name a member of the Clinton Family. In the first batch of documents, Giuffre alleged that she “spent time with President Clinton on the island of Little St. James, US Virgin Islands,” and flew with him on a helicopter once.

“On one occasion, she adds, Epstein did invite two young brunettes to dinner which he gave on his Caribbean island for Mr. Clinton shortly after he left office. But as far as she knows, the ex-president did not take the bait,” one document says of Giuffre.

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh denies the trips ever occurred, stating that Clinton's detail “would have been required” to rigorously document the former president's visit.

Speaking to the New York Post this week, Epstein's younger brother claimed the pedophile financier said that he had enough dirt to destroy both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaigns.
