RFK Jr. Was Epstein’s Guest, Butler Claims

-

Independent presidential candidate recently copped to flying on 's plane twice in the 1990s. Speaking to Fox News' Jesse Watters, Kennedy claimed his family was with him on both flights and that he only knew the financier through mutual friends.

Other than plane rides and occasionally seeing Epstein at social functions, Kennedy was adamant that he “had no relationship with him.” Kennedy said he hoped to see all documents related to the case released.

Nevertheless, an unsealed deposition from the latest batch of court documents naming Epstein associates casts doubt on his claims.

According to Epstein's former House manager, RFK Jr. was one of Epstein's celebrity guests.

The Daily Beast summed up Juan Alessi's testimony, reporting the manservant listed Kennedy's name next to Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, , Alan Dershowitz and other associates.

Reporters Noah Kirsch and Kate Briquelet note that the presence of someone on Epstein's properties does not indicate guilt.

Still, they wrote, “Some guests at the house, including Prince Andrew, received massages during their visits, Alessi added in his deposition.”

“A massage was like a treat for everybody,” Alessi said in the unsealed filing.

The latest batch of documents comes from the 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by against :

The Miami Herald sued to release and unseal filings in 2019; almost all of the remaining files were published this week, including creepy phone messages left for Epstein and new details about the prominent men in his orbit.

Kennedy acknowledged in a television interview in December that he flew on Epstein's jet twice in the 1990s.

“My wife had some kind of relationship with Ghislaine Maxwell and they offered us a ride to Palm Beach so I went then,” he said, adding that the trip took place around the Easter holiday. (His wife at the time, Mary Kennedy, died by suicide in 2012. Robert Kennedy later married Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines.)

On the second occasion, he said, “I flew again with my family with—so I think four of my children and Mary, my wife, to Rapid City, to go fossil for a weekend.”

Responding to The Beast's report, a spokesperson for the Kennedy campaign stated that despite making an appearance at Epstein's Palm Beach mansion one Easter, Kennedy was not technically a guest.

“Once they landed in , Epstein had a limousine pick Epstein and the Kennedy family up at the airport in West Palm Beach and it drove Mr. Kennedy and his wife and children to Epstein's house in Palm Beach where they waited briefly for a different car to pick them up to drive them to his mother's house,” the spokesperson said.

The trip to the former Kennedy estate in Palm Beach “took place approximately 30 years ago, long before Mr. Epstein's criminal behavior was public knowledge,” they added.
