Despite repeated claims by President Biden that he never discussed his son Hunter’s business dealings, new evidence shows that Hunter’s business partner at the Rosemont Seneca Partners with links to communist China visited the White House numerous times while Joe Biden was vice president.
According to the New York Post, Eric Schwerwin, the president of Rosemont Seneca Partners, a shady investment firm where Hunter Biden was a founding member, visited the White House and other official locations 19 times between 2009 and 2015.
During those visits, he met with aides and assistants to the then-vice president and his wife Jill Biden, according to White House visitor logs reviewed by the Post.
He also apparently met with Joe Biden himself at least once in November of 2010.
The Post notes that the “logs also reveal that Schwerin met with various close aides of both Joe and Jill Biden at key moments in Hunter’s life when he was striking multi-million dollar deals in foreign countries, including China.”
Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican from Texas, told the New York Post:
It’s increasingly obvious that Hunter Biden’s business revolved around providing access to his father and the highest levers of power. It reeks of pay-to-play. The clear solution is a Special Counsel investigation to fairly investigate the disturbing allegations of Biden family corruption.
The Post adds:
Chief among the unanswered questions is the identity of the Big Guy — a figure mentioned in the hard drive as someone who would receive a slice of equity in a deal with a Chinese energy company.
Tony Bobulinski, another Hunter Biden business partner who appeared frequently in hard-drive emails, has said there is “no question” President Biden was “the big guy.”
Democrats of course turned to their latest ‘Trump coup’ narrative to avoid discussing the latest Biden corruption evidence.
Politico reported Representative Eric Swalwell, a Democrat from California who ironically has been linked himself with Communist Chinese spies, as saying:
Hunter Biden has never been in office and isn’t seeking office. Donald Trump led a failed coup against his government. The Republicans are obsessed with investigating Hunter Biden and have no interest in guarding against another Trump coup.

However, Newsweek notes that it isn’t just Republicans who are obsessed with Hunter and the rest of the Biden family:
The New York Times reported in March that federal investigators have been looking into Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. The probe is reportedly focused on Biden’s tax filings, payments and gifts he received from foreign interests in China and Kazakhstan.
Though a federal probe is ongoing, Republicans legislators in the House have also vowed to investigate Hunter Biden if they win the majority again 2022.
I also just wrote about how “Federal Investigators are Looking for ‘Everything’ on Hunter Biden,” noting that “in December 2020 the U.S. Attorney’s office in Delaware requested all documents ‘regarding [Hunter] Biden’s income, assets, debts, obligations, and financial transactions… and all personal and business expenditures’ from January 2017 to the present.”
In that piece, I noted that “Attorney Clint Lancaster, who represented Lunden Roberts, a former stripper who filed suit against Hunter Biden in 2019 alleging he was the father of her child, told CBS News that FBI and IRS investigators asked for information about several companies affiliated with Hunter Biden, including the infamous Rosemont Seneca Partners, a firm with shady ties to Communist China.”
It always goes back to Rosemont Seneca Partners.

I’m encouraged by some members of congress who are pushing for a special council, but not surprised by the fact that the New York Post has better investigators than the DOJ.
