According to a report from The Hill, Gallego is not only seeking to overturn the policy itself but is also pursuing a procedural strategy that could make it easier for Congress to reverse the change.
The dispute revolves around a recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) policy affecting how certain immigrants obtain lawful permanent residency.
The near-daily attacks by Iranian-backed militias on U.S. troops in several Middle Eastern countries demonstrate that Biden’s containment effort is failing.
Iran is already attacking U.S. bases using its proxy forces – and the U.S. has yet to respond. 21 troops injured in Iraq and Syria drone strikes. The injuries occurred during attacks on Oct. 17 and 18.

US Army’s Pacific corps will invite more allies to join groundbreaking comms platform. Mission partner environment, which debuted with Australia, will be extended to other exercise partners in the coming year.
US drills with allies in the South China Sea, ghost fleet ships operate off Australia. Warships from the U.S., Australia, Canada, Japan, and New Zealand drilled jointly on Monday while the U.S. Navy’s ‘Ghost Fleet’ arrived in Sydney, Australia to drill with the Royal Australian Navy.
NATO chief tells allies it’s time to increase arms stockpiles, stay on war footing. Depleted weapons stockpiles and a dangerous security outlook mean NATO countries need to ramp up arms production for the long haul.
