Mother Of Murder Victim Blames DA Bragg – Blasts Trump Prosecution

-

A victim rights advocate and mother of a murder victim are blaming Manhattan District Attorney 's policies for her son's death.

The mother of a murder victim, Linda Clary, and Jennifer Harrison, founder of Victim Rights NY, have been increasingly vocal about their criticisms of Bragg's prosecutorial discretion and in following his decision to charge former President .

The pair aired their frustrations with Bragg's “complete incompetence” in an appearance on Fox News' “Lawrence Jones Cross Country.”

Fox News Taylor Penley has more, starting with Harrison's remarks:

“From day one, Alvin Bragg announced that he would not prosecute even the most violent of criminals,” she said.

“Almost immediately after he took office and distributed the now-infamous day-one memo, two police officers lost their lives, a 19-year-old girl was shot and killed while working at a Burger King in Harlem, he's downgraded 52% of felonies and only has about a 50% conviction rate.”

She said her victim advocacy group called for Bragg to be removed from office from the beginning, claiming members of her organization saw Bragg's soft-on-crime policies on the horizon and, since he took office in January 2022, things have gotten “progressively worse.”

Linda Clary, the mother of a murder victim who also joined Saturday's show, said career criminals took her son's life under Bragg's watch as she homed in on his refusal to address concerns over skyrocketing crime.

The NYPD recorded a 23.5% increase in major crime categories in 2022, even as the Big Apple experienced a 17% drop in shootings and a 12% drop in homicides.

  1. The U.S. Government is the only profession in the entire country where you can advance up the corporate ladder by not doing your job.

  2. This guy is in the wrong business. He should be working at the Good Will and giving away his stuff.

  3. Maybe Pelosi should be brought up on charges for allowing 1/6 to happen. And that b – – – Bowser who also didn’t want the Guard. Why in hell should a frigging mayor have any say-so regarding how a federal building is protected. Imagine what it would be like if D.C. was a state. Most people don’t realize that the constitution would have to be amended for that to happen. Article 1, section 8, clause 17.

  4. We have to understand Bragg’s point of view. Crime is no big deal. Doing everything he can to persecute a man for daring to go up against the corrupt establishment, THAT is important. Bragg is establishing himself as a perfect apparatchik for when the socialists finally wipe out all opposition and establish complete control.

  5. Bragg’s trying to make a name for himself so he can move on to bigger and better things. Doing his job, like locking criminals up to keep the public safer, doesn’t generate enough headlines, but a high profile case like Trump does. He’s making a name for himself alright, just not the one he was hoping for. With the democrats in control of the state, and NYC, it’s no wonder criminals are running wild everywhere, what with their soft on crime laws. Just look at the nuts running California, and how sorry they’ve become, well New York is fast becoming just like them. You people elected them, now you’re paying the price.

  7. Will some Lawyer in NYC have the guts and courage to sue Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg for his decision that resulted in this tragic death.
The question is, will Bragg be charged as the primary person, an accessory, or a person who aided and abetted the crime?
