Former President Donald Trump's argument that he's entitled to immunity following the 2020 election took a blow on Friday morning when the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. ruled that Trump is not immune from a lawsuit brought against him by U.S. Capitol Police officers after the Jan. 6, 2021 riot.
