The House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol Building will recommend criminal charges to the Department of Justice.
Committee Chair Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., announced the news to reporters Tuesday morning.
Thompson said that the committee had not narrowed down which individuals would be referred, only noting that “we have made decisions on criminal referrals.”
Whether or not that includes former President Donald Trump remains a matter of speculation.
The committee is scheduled to meet later today.

So the same man who made the National Guard available to House Speaker Pelosi (who declined to use them), simultaneously violently overthrew the government? Oh wait, the government wasn’t overthrown, and the only person killed that day was a protester.
Then they need to make a referral for the person who shot the unarmed marine veteran right through the door and killed her. He’s being heralded as though he was a hero and in fact, he’s the only one who KILLED someone that day!
Anybody notice how these J6 Committee dummies keep talking about what they’re gonna do, but never actually do anything?
They do something its called spending our tax dollars for nothing but pure waste.
This is just for show and to swerve the elections to the dims. What will be the bounties on these criminals when the real truth comes out. Also, I find it hard to believe that the USA has so many ignorant voters, Oops I forgot about the bought voters coming across the borders and so ignorant are voting the same ones into office they escaped with different cities and names of where they escarped .
This may be the most biased, one-sided investigation in the history of our country. Not one, no not one, opposing view on the subject matter. Plus, any Jan 6 inquiry that fails to have Pelosi and her minions as witnesses fails in there basic mission: To find out cause and remedies of Jan 6. The only entity that might take this committee seriously would be AG Garland and his henchmen.
Everyone on that crooked committee should be criminally investigated~

Can anyone say that this kangaroo court referring criminal charges to the now-proven corrupt Department of “Justice” is a surprise? With all of the representatives who despise President Trump and hand-picked by the insider trading Pelosi, how could it be otherwise? They have gone out of their way to hide or lie about evidence and used hearsay from other Trump haters, of course they are pushing criminal charges. DUH!

Can’t wait until WE Republicans can do some “referring” when our side of the story and the fact that the DC Dems were involved in the entire thing with help of the DOJ and 8 FBI agents disguised as MAGA supporters. “Make America Great Again” sounds more hopeful now than ever.
