Help Now – Flip Virginia Red!A new Fox News poll has Republican Glenn Youngkin leading by eight points in Virginia's governor's race.
Whether or not it's an outlier remains unclear. The Washington Post, Monmouth and CBS News/YouGov have polls coming out shortly. Regardless, the trending numbers aren't coming out of nowhere. And if that kind of an upset happens on Election Day in a Biden +10 state, it will rock the political world.
As Fox News reports:
McAuliffe receives 45 percent to Youngkin's 53 percent in a new Fox News survey of Virginia likely voters. Youngkin's eight-point advantage is outside the poll's margin of sampling error.
That's a big shift from two weeks ago, when McAuliffe was ahead by five, 51-46 percent.
Likely voters are a subgroup of registered voters, identified mainly based on self-reported vote intention and interest in the election.
…
What changed? GOP enthusiasm. The race is largely focused on education and this has energized Republicans, as 79 percent of Youngkin supporters are “extremely” interested in the election compared to 69 percent of McAuliffe supporters.
However, a Democratic Party pollster told Fox News that if its voters sense defeat they may come to out to vote with an increased sense of urgency. Right now, most polls still show a nail-biter of an election. Although with Fox News' latest numbers Youngkin has overtaken Democrat Terry McAuliffe in the RealClearPolitics polling average for the first time.
Roughly 72 hours before Election Day.

Shocking? Up until now polls, especially radical left wing, were SHAPING public opinion, now close to election they are reflecting reality. McAuliffe was never ahead to begin with.
