Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly isn't holding back.
The onetime cable news sensation who's since reinvented herself as the host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” on Sirius XM tweeted her unvarnished thoughts Monday morning after transgender WPGA golfer Breanna Gill won a professional golf tournament in Australia.
The WPGA Tour tweeted about Gill's accomplishment following her victory: “Showing nerves of steel, Breanna Gill triumphed in a playoff for her first professional win at the #AusWomensClassic!”
Kelly had a different opinion about Gill's performance over her biologically female competitors, given Gill was born male.
The Daily Wire explains:
“This is a biological man, a fact not even mentioned in much of the major press coverage celebrating ‘her' win over the actual women in this tournament,” Kelly tweeted.
“It's a fraud, it's immoral, and it HAS TO STOP,” she added.
Kelly wasn't the only one who was upset about Gill. Former professional college swim star Riley Gaines — who spoke out after having to compete against biological male trans swimmer Lia Thomas — shared her thoughts.
The WPGA eventually turned off replies to its tweet celebrating Gill's victory.
None of the mainstream media news coverage mentions Gill is transgender.
