Along with her entire office…
In a significant development in Georgia’s high-profile election-interference case, the Court of Appeals has ruled that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is disqualified from prosecuting the case against President-elect Donald Trump and his co-defendants.
The panel characterized Willis’s relationship with former special prosecutor Nathan Wade as a significant conflict of interest.
Despite this setback, the court stopped short of dismissing the entire indictment. Judges noted that such a move would be an “extreme sanction” and decided instead to preserve the case while requiring new prosecutorial oversight.

CNBC continues:
The ruling overturns a Fulton County trial court judge’s ruling that allowed Willis to remain on the case despite arguments by Trump’s attorneys that she should be disqualified due to the impropriety of her romantic relationship with the top prosecutor whom she had picked.
The Court of Appeals in its decision said that the remedy offered by the trial judge — which let Willis remain on the case if the top prosecutor withdrew from handling it — was improper.
“We affirm, however, the denial of the appellants’ motion to dismiss the indictment,” the appeals court said.
Nonetheless, many observers believe that Thursday’s ruling may signal the end of the entire case.
The decision comes as the case remains under intense national scrutiny, with implications for Trump’s legal battles and the broader political landscape.
Trump has not publicly responded to the news, although some of his associates have.
“The hunted are now going to become the hunters.”

Should not be end of case.. They have 4 years to put together a new team… Good luck and be ready!!
The ruling SHOULD signal the tossing out of that frivolous case; Both Willis and Leticia James , along with Bragg should be disbarred. They have wasted so much taxpayer money with their witch hunt political prosecutions of Trump they should be required to reimburse the citizens tax coffers for the vengeful waste of taxpayer money
