The Tesla vandalism trend continues…
Reports of vandalism and violence against Tesla owners continue to rise in protest against owner Elon Musk, the latest to fall victim to the disturbing trend is a disabled woman from Kansas.
Abigail Gill, a Tesla owner from Wichita, Kansas, was out to dinner when a man repeatedly walked past her table, wearing distinctive pajama bottoms. When she and her family returned to their car, they found deep scratches all over it.
Footage captured by the vehicle showed the suspect keying the Tesla.
“It’s a super saddening and disappointing thing to see,” Gill, who uses a wheelchair and relies on the Tesla for mobility, said on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday.
She was quoted about $7,000 for repairs, but community members have offered to cover the costs. However, Gill insists there’s only one person who should be paying.
“It’s such a great thing to see people come together, especially in times like this where you know innocent people are getting their cars damaged,” she said.
“But I just think that the only person who needs to pay a single dime is the guy who thought it was OK to do this.”
Recent Tesla protests and vandalism have escalated in response to Musk’s involvement with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which has cut millions in federal programs and federal worker jobs.
The rise in protests prompted Attorney General Pam Bondi to officially label the recent vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships and cars as “domestic terrorism.”
“The swarm of violent attacks on Tesla property is nothing short of domestic terrorism. The Department of Justice has already charged several perpetrators with that in mind, including in cases that involve charges with five-year mandatory minimum sentences,” Bondi said in a statement released Tuesday.
“We will continue investigations that impose severe consequences on those involved in these attacks, including those operating behind the scenes to coordinate and fund these crimes,” the attorney general said.
FBI Director Kash Patel announced on X that the attacks are being treated as “domestic terrorism.”
On Wednesday, police officers arrested Paul Kim, 36, on charges including arson and possessing an explosive device after a “targetted attack” on a Las Vegas Tesla collision center.
The fires happened Tuesday, March 18, around 2:45 a.m.
Five vehicles were damaged, including the two engulfed in flames. Police also said they believed the person who set the fires also fired gunshots into the cars.
“He used what appeared to be multiple Molotov cocktails and firearms to conduct his attack,” Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Asst. Sheriff Dori Koren said during a news conference last week.
The word “resist” was spray-painted on the Tesla center’s front doors. Police said an unignited Molotov cocktail was found in one of the cars.
Earlier this month, authorities responded to multiple Tesla superchargers being set ablaze in Massachusetts.
Other incidents of vandalism have occurred around the country, including two incidents at an Oregon dealership where shots were fired and Molotov cocktails thrown at a dealership.

That is great they caught him and he / they should get 5 years to the door for it . all these attacks are to try and scare people not to drive or buy Tesla’s and that is definitely terrorism .
Those people don’t deserve a trial, but should go right to jail for the rest of their lives, only one problem why should the taxpayers keep them and feed them. They are a disgrace to the human race.

This is just another reason to buy a TESLA, park it in my driveway & sit up at night with a rifle with a suppressor (silencer, to the un-informed) and night-vision equipment.

Hell, in Texas, it’s permissible to shoot to kill after dark. A few of those, or better yet, target SOROS, who you know is behind, or funding, this anti-administration tactic.

This will stop when those people who have been caught get the maximum penalty that can be delivered by law. When they are jailed on terrorism charges, as well as the use of armed weapons and Molotov cocktails, they will be in a place where they’d be thrilled to see a Tesla once more.
These so called protestors are the biggest cowards on earth. They are nothing more than low life jack asses.
