A new lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs just added some serious celebrity name drops—and disturbing allegations.
Joseph Manzaro, a Florida man, claims he was drugged and brought to Diddy’s 2015 birthday party in Miami, where he says he was humiliated in front of celebrity guests, including LeBron James, Beyoncé and Gloria Estefan. According to court documents reported by TMZ, Manzaro says Diddy strapped a fake penis to his face and paraded him around the mansion, instructing guests to mock and degrade him.
Manzaro alleges that his appearance was meant to send a message:
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Manzaro claims he was drugged and transported to Star Island in Miami for the big party in April 2015 … he says he was first dragged into the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s mansion, where a panicked Gloria saw his “drug-induced stupor” and demanded someone call an ambulance.
Manzaro claims Emilio quickly silenced Gloria and ushered her away into the crowd … and then he says he saw LeBron walking through a hallway in a bath towel. He says LBJ looked at him and said, “Y’all better do something about that!”
In the docs, Manzaro claims ex-porn star Adria English then led him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion … and he regained partial consciousness in a large party area, where he noticed Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

Manzaro also claims Beyoncé asked, “Why is this half-naked white man with a c*ck mask standing here in front of me?” A friend of Diddy’s allegedly responded, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. Manzaro is not suing LeBron or Beyoncé. The lawsuit targets Diddy, alleged drug runner Brendan Paul and Adria, who he claims helped parade him around the party.
Diddy’s accuser claims he was then forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who jeered and taunted him … and he says Diddy ordered him to be degraded, calling out … “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!
According to the suit, a semi-conscious Manzaro was then stripped down to a thong and forced into a leather mask with a rubber dental dam shoved in his mouth and zipped shut over his head. Diddy and Adria allegedly attached a sex toy to the mask and used it as a prop while performing non-consensual acts.

In September 2024, Diddy was indicted on federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty and has been denied bail multiple times. As a result, the formerly renowned music mogul remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting his trial scheduled to commence on May 5, 2025.
In November 2023, his former partner, Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and abuse. Although this lawsuit was settled swiftly, it opened the floodgates for numerous other allegations. By October 2024, reports indicated that as many as 120 additional lawsuits were being prepared, with plaintiffs alleging sexual misconduct spanning several decades.
Federal agents raided multiple properties associated with Diddy in March 2024, seizing electronic devices and other evidence. The investigation culminated in his September arrest and subsequent indictment. Despite the mounting legal pressures, Diddy maintains his innocence and is preparing to defend himself in the upcoming trial.
The outcome of his high-profile case is eagerly anticipated, as it will likely have significant implications for the entertainment industry and beyond.
