Faith. Family. Future. A Fox News host makes it all public.
Fox News host and former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany and her husband, former MLB pitcher Sean Gilmartin, have welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Avery Grace. The couple announced the birth during Monday’s episode of Outnumbered, where McEnany co-hosts alongside Harris Faulkner and Emily Compagno.
McEnany shared the news on social media, posting a photo of her newborn daughter dressed in all pink with a matching headband. She included a quote from Psalm 139:13–14: “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” The post was met with an outpouring of congratulations from both fans and public figures alike.

Growing Family, Growing Joy
The couple are already parents to 5-year-old daughter Blake and 2-year-old son Nash. Their third child was expected in the first half of the summer, following McEnany’s on-air announcement in March 2025 that they were expecting a girl.
In the months leading up to the birth, McEnany kept viewers and followers updated with sonogram images and personal moments — often noting how thrilled Blake was to become a big sister again.
A Strong Foundation in Faith, Family, and Public Service
McEnany, born in Tampa, Florida, has long been open about the role faith and family play in her life. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in international politics and later earned her law degree from Harvard, following initial legal studies at the University of Miami.
She met Gilmartin while in law school. The couple began dating in 2015 and married in 2017. Since then, they’ve shared milestones publicly — from career shifts to children — striking a balance between high-profile work and family life.
From Press Room to Primetime
McEnany’s path to Fox News included stints as a CNN commentator, RNC spokesperson, and eventually White House Press Secretary under President Trump. She gained a national profile as a sharp, unapologetic defender of the administration during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and the turbulent 2020 election cycle.
After departing the White House in early 2021, she joined Fox News, where she continues to provide political commentary as a co-host of Outnumbered.
What’s Next for McEnany?
With Avery Grace now part of the family, Kayleigh appears focused on savoring time at home while staying connected with her viewers, albeit in moderation. Her consistent message — rooted in faith, patriotism, and motherhood — resonates strongly with the Fox News audience, many of whom have followed her journey for nearly a decade.
