Make rifles great again.
It’s a simple message, and one that Jerone Davison believes will resonate with Republicans and undecided voters worried about crime.
A conservative candidate running in Arizona’s deep red 4th Congressional District against Republican Rep. Paul Gosar, Davison’s team believes his ad may be a game-changer.
Only time will tell. But the appeal of Davison’s ad is at the very least anecdotal evidence that his message has broken through:
Few doubt Gosar’s America First bona fides and everyone working on campaigns understand the advantages of incumbency. Still, the GOP base’s aversion to career politicians means even an unabashedly pro-Trump representative shouldn’t take anything for granted.
Even in a conservative bastion like AZ-04.
Arizona’s primary elections take place on Aug. 2.
The Phoenix New Times further reports:
Davison calmly sips from a star-spangled coffee mug before donning a pair of sleek Ray-Ban sunglasses and producing a tricked-out AR-15 rifle.
“When this rifle is the only thing standing between your family and a dozen angry Democrats in Klan hoods, you just might need that semiautomatic and all 30 rounds,” Davison says in the ad.
A single Klan hood floats ominously in the swimming pool in the final frames of the video.
Gun rights enthusiasts celebrated the ad, which quickly went viral.

Great commercial, full of truth. Klan could be Chinese, Russians, Homeland Security forces.

Just waiting for the “Left” to call him a Racist or White Supremacist; I wonder how many WOKE even know about the Klan, since we don’t teach American history any more, and if you think this goes to far just look at the personal leaks and attacks on conservatives, parents and anyone opposing the “Global Narrative”
I’ve never heard of this guy and I haven’t seen the ad, so I’d say his chances are slim and none.
