Soooo, why did this punk do this?
What reason would someone just start shooting at someone else.
And how did a 15 year old GET a gun?
It’s illegal in all states for an underage person to carry, or even own, a gun ( except at a range with adult supervision ).
In Pa., a person must be 18 to own a long gun and 21 to own a hand-gun.
There is a bad smell here!
Did he steal it from his father or mother?
If I’m not in my house and close to my guns, I put them into a VERY secure safe where no one else can get to them ( except for what I LEGALLY carry with me )!
There are no children in our house either since my wife and I are 79 years old.
That’s not only law, but also common sense!
Lock ’em up! … both the kid and all unsupervised guns!
