Navy proposes stringent blood testing for elite SEALs training program to address drug use. Senior Navy officials are concerned about the use of performance-enhancing drugs by Navy SEAL trainees and have asked the Pentagon to approve blood testing to detect potentially illegal or banned substances used by the elite forces.
