The Jan. 6 Committee is ready to vote on whether the Justice Department should pursue at least three criminal charges against former President Donald Trump.

The Jan. 6 committee is preparing to urge the Department of Justice to prosecute former President Donald Trump on criminal charges during its business meeting on Monday, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.
The committee has been debating the move for months and is largely symbolic.
Obstruction of an official proceeding and conspiracy to defraud the United States are two charges the committee plans to include in their criminal referral, according to sources familiar with the matter.
Another charge under discussion is insurrection, the sources said.
A spokesperson for the select committee declined requests for comment.

When last I looked a “kangaroo court” is not a part of our judicial system. A one sided story replete with a on sided agenda and one sided witnesses doesn’t come across as anything other than a sham brought to us by dems. It didn’t even make it on prime time tv, with a west coast producer.

They definitely managed to cheat themselves into unlimited power, but with this sham committee, no real evidence of anything illegal that Trump did (in fact they are the perpetrators of everything bad that happens in this country) they are asking for mass protests, which of course is what they want. All part of the sly, dishonest, partisan, sneaky way they operate to strip real US citizens of their rights and smack them into subjection. If they get away with this, their take over will be complete and being a US citizen will be worth less than the proverbial jar of warm spittle.
