Two civil rights organizations are working to pressure state governments to remove former President Donald Trump’s name from appearing on the 2024 ballot.
The groups claim secretaries of state have the power to bar Trump from running for president under the 14th Amendment for his role leading up to and on Jan. 6, 2021. (RELATED: Elon Musk Endorses Proposal That Would Fundamentally Change Elections)

Starting Sunday, Mi Familia Vota and Free Speech for People will stage a week of rallies and banner drops outside the offices of the secretaries of state of California, Oregon, Colorado and Georgia.
The groups also penned a letter to Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar last month, calling on him to block Trump under what’s known as the Insurrectionist Disqualification Clause.
“We’re really focusing on Nevada and California and [Oregon, Colorado and Georgia] to make sure that they are taking a stand by disqualifying Trump in those spaces, which is something that the secretary of state can do,” said Héctor Sánchez, executive director of Mi Familia Vota.
The groups are calling their campaign “Trump is Disqualified,” and are timing it to coincide with the 155th anniversary of the 14th Amendment.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment prohibits anyone who has taken an oath of office from holding public office if they have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the United States. (RELATED: Is Joe Biden About To Once Again Defy The Supreme Court With Another Massive Power Grab?)

So, the lede is: Two ‘civil rights’ groups actively campaign to strip Trump of his civil rights.
Typical of these phony “civil rights” groups. Maybe people need to march and protest those groups since they are pretty much useless to the average American.
Apparently no one in the two “civil rights” groups are aware of their faux pas. Their credibility is seriosly diminishing.

So one of the groups is a bunch of Hispanics who are upset because Trump wanted to secure the Southern border and because his policies did more to improve the economic conditions of Blacks than any other president since Lincoln.
The other group – well, here’s irony for you… “Free Speech for People”…fighting against the President who was censored and silenced by Twitter and social media in general at the behest of the FBI and other members of the Deep State, who told the attendees of the rally on Jan 6 to go and “make your voices heard” by Congress. But they have some mysterious beef against Trump and they are afraid he might get elected again.
These people need to break out of their bubbles that keep them from hearing and understanding the truth and what lies the Deep State is telling them.

Can they be charged with election interference, defamation of character and slander? I think that is what they are doing. If so that would give people reason for pause before throwing anything and everything trying to get something to stick.
People like this should not be allowed to vote. If they are that stupid and racist, they should have their voting rights taken away from them.
Unfortunately, the stupid racists of the past unfairly put tests for voters in the way of blacks in the south, leading to the prohibition of voting qualification tests.
Knowledge of basic civics would be a prerequisite for voting IMO. If you don’t know what the government position you’re voting about does, how can you know if your candidate is qualified?
So “civil rights” groups want to violate every voter’s civil rights by depriving them of their opportunity to vote for the candidate of their choice? Really?

Let’s vote to disqualify the civil rights groups We all have rights and president Trump has rights. We are more than them. We are the majority and they are the minority. They have no right to take to try and take our president away. We will fight them tooth and nail because we are the majority. We also need to vote to disqualify Joe Biden from trying to run. Joe Biden is a disaster waiting to happen. The civil rights group can vote them selves into another country. We the majority have OUR civil rights and we will use those civil rights.
