The BBC has been forced to issue yet another apology to Reform UK leader Nigel Farage after repeatedly attributing words to him that he never said during coverage of the Henry Nowak case.

The latest controversy follows mounting public anger over the murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak, who was fatally stabbed in Southampton in December 2025 and then handcuffed by responding police officers after they accepted allegations of racism made by his attacker while initially dismissing Nowak’s repeated statements that he had been stabbed.

The case has ignited national debates over.

In February, former President Donald Trump brought Jason Miller to Mar-a-Lago to join his 2024 presidential campaign. For Miller, it was a welcome return to the campaign trial after a stint as CEO of GETTR, a right-wing X/Twitter alternative. He previously guided Trump’s 2016 and 2020 campaigns.

On Friday, multiple outlets reported that a lawsuit filed on behalf of A.J. Delgado, a Trump 2016 campaign spokeswoman, accused Miller of engaging in “a cycle of sexual coercion, rape, sexual assault, abuse, battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking.”

Delgado has claimed she was barred from working in the White House after Miller got her pregnant. The two began an affair in the fall of 2016 after Miller reportedly said he was in the process of divorcing his wife. Miller acknowledged his paternity. The pair have fought over child custody and child support payments in court.

The Raw Story’s Brad Reed has more on the latest legal quarrel:

The lawsuit alleges that Miller would ply Delgado with alcohol and then take advantage of her sexually while they were working together on Trump’s campaign for the presidency.

This happened the first time, the suit alleges, when Miller lured her back to a Las Vegas hotel room where she woke up the next morning after having apparently blacked out the night before.

“Delgado, who had had an extremely busy day and had had very little to eat, was inebriated, nauseated, and felt unwell,” the lawsuit claims. “The next morning, Delgado awoke in the bedroom portion of the suite, partially dressed, with her jumpsuit hanging around her ankle, what appeared to be vomit on the side of her pillow, and one of her high heels on the bed. There was evidence that Miller had had penetrative sex with her in her hotel suite, relations that were not consented to by Delgado, and Delgado was fully unable to consent to any sexual relations.”

Miller has denied Delgado’s allegations and he told The Daily Beast that her lawsuit is part of “a pattern of conduct… simply intended to harass my family while wasting the judiciary’s time and resources.”

In 2018, an unidentified woman accused Miller of slipping an abortion pill into a smoothie without her knowledge or consent while they were having an affair. According to the allegations, she lost her baby and nearly her life. Her court filing theorized that the medical abortion had an adverse reaction with the drugs in her system.

Miller attempted to sue the publication and journalist that first ran the story. However, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously rejected his $100 million libel suit. The three-judge panel found the reporting accurately represented the allegations in the filing.

In 2019, Delgado filed a discrimination lawsuit against the Trump transition team and three of it leading members, Stephen Bannon, Sean Spicer and Reince Priebus, accusing them of keeping her out of a job after she announced her pregnancy.

In response, the 2020 Trump campaign filed arbitration against Delgado, claiming she violated a nondisclosure agreement. Court documents state that the Trump campaign offered Delgado $1.2 million to settle her claims of pregnancy discrimination.
