MAGA Congressman Introduces Bill To Defund Soros-Backed Prosecutor

-

With former President now indicted and facing prosecution from an activist liberal prosecutor, while criminals roam free in his city, one Member of is taking action to stop the use of federal funds to prosecute political opponents while ignoring violent .

Congressman , R-Ariz., introduced two bills to strip federal taxpayer funding from Manhattan District Attorney and other “reform” prosecutors elected with the backing of liberal billionaire .

Biggs' “Accountability for Lawless Violence In Our Neighborhoods Act” or “ALVIN Act “prohibits federal funds from being awarded to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office and requires Bragg to repay federal funds granted after January 1, 2022.

Biggs has also introduced the “No Federal Funds for Political Prosecutions Act,” which prohibits state or local agencies from using funds or property seized through asset forfeiture, to investigate or prosecute the president, vice president or a candidate for the office of president in a criminal case.

“District Attorney Alvin Bragg ran on a campaign pledge to indict President Trump. Bragg took the unprecedented action of converting alleged minor business misdemeanors to 34 individual felonies in an attempt to put President Trump behind bars and humiliate him and his supporters,” said Biggs.

“This weaponized prosecutor's office has spent thousands of federal taxpayer dollars to subsidize this political indictment and is demanding millions more in federal grants,” said Biggs.

“It's disturbing to see District Attorney Bragg waste federal resources for political purposes rather than addressing the serious crime in his city,” Biggs added.

“As a member of the House Judiciary and Oversight & Accountability Committees, and with an almost insurmountable national debt that exceeds $31 trillion, the nation simply cannot afford to support Mr. Bragg's politicization of the criminal justice system.”

Cosponsors of the Accountability for Lawless Violence In Our Neighborhoods Act or the ALVIN Act include: Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill., Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., and Rep. Bob Good, R-Va.

  1. Been wondering where a bill like this is. Not that it will pass the Senate now, but it might some day before we’re all Chinese Americans or dead.

    • You can bet your life that the democrats will never allow that kind of bill to get very far, not at least until unless the GOP gains control of the house and senate in the next election, which is pretty unlikely right now.

  2. I congratulate Congressman Biggs for sponsoring legislation that stands up against radical left politicians, but we all know NO democrat will support it. Democrats are inherently evil and would never support anything that si good for America!

  3. Fang Fang must have been so busy “buying” votes that she has a wicked case of “sheet burn” from so much time on her back with Democrat/KKK creeps.China always cheats!

  4. I would like to see Andy Biggs start an impeachment against Katie Hobbs, our ILLEGALLY elected so called governor of our state of Arizona! She is a bought and paid for Soros plant as well!

  5. How come no one has the guts to charge this POS with treason, take away his American citizenship and throw him in federal prison along with his kids who are just as bad as he is. Then take all his money and pay down the national debt.
