Biden Beats Up Adams But Places Kennedy At Real Risk

-

The recent moves against first term New York Mayor (D) and senior allies by the Biden Justice Department are hardly surprising.

The weaponized DOJ under Attorney General Merrick Garland is an equal opportunity prosecutor of those who disagree or publicly attack Boss Biden or his family – and while Republicans have called for equal justice under the law, this is far from what they mean.

Adams, a Black former police officer, won on a tough on platform in the deep blue Big Apple. Vowing to clean up the city's streets and subways left filthy by former Mayor Bill DeBlasio (arguably the worst mayor to ever occupy city hall in NYC) – his most basic efforts to combat crime were crippled by the massive influx of illegal immigrants. This influx is directly caused by the 's open borders policy of allowing anyone from anywhere into the United States until “a hearing date” for citizenship or asylum that never comes. It used to be such immigrants stayed in facilities in Texas or the greater Southwestern states – until the Biden administration figured out they can ship these people anywhere!

All of a sudden, those sanctuary city policies did not look good to New York anymore as city resources are pushed to the brink by a steady weekly influx of hundreds of undocumented persons with no hope of supporting themselves – except possibly by illegal means. This certainly does not mean all of these people are criminals, but certainly that element exists and is only exacerbating a very bad situation in NYC.

So Adams, as any good intentioned mayor of America's largest and greatest city should, raises the alarm, clamoring for additional resources and stopping the transfer of illegal immigrants to his city.

When these complaints fell on deaf ears in the administration – Adams directly criticized the president, even canceling meetings with the commander-in-chief to make his point that New York City was not messing around and would not tolerate being victimized by the Boss' immigration open border policies.

In return, Hizzoner's allies in NYC were rewarded with a full-on federal campaign finance investigation into practices and procedures, with the former finance director of the Adams' mayoral campaign home getting searched by agents – and significantly the mayor's two phones and iPad being seized on a public street in broad daylight. It went down as FBI agents, armed and wearing personal protective gear, approached the mayor and his security detail, ordering them to “step back” – basically “move aside” – so they could serve a warrant on Adams. Apparently, to be polite, the FBI team allowed the mayor to receive the paperwork and turn over his devices to the lead agent in the privacy of his taxpayer paid-for SUV. This is a very serious event – the FBI had to go to a federal judge and convince them to sign a warrant by showing “probable cause” that evidence exists on these devices showing evidence of a crime.

So, it seems that if you are a Democrat you are certainly not immune for the wrath of the Biden DOJ for failure to tow the party line.

In fact, a more direct challenge – say running for president against good old Amtrak Joe – gets you left out in the open without funding for a protective detail.

Just ask

Polling at a whopping 22% of registered voters in a Quinnipiac poll – RFK's independent candidacy is outpacing and outraising both Ross Perot and John Anderson in their quests for the White House as a third party standard bearer. According to some analysts, Kennedy could win, based on the numbers he is putting up against Biden and Trump, especially in the under 45 demographic.

Kennedy's candidacy appeals to many young voters as he is indeed not part of the establishment; very libertarian in many ways and is highly supportive of free speech. Many registered party voters express disenchantment with the Democrat and platforms, and, while not planning not to vote for their nominee, independent voters are certainly giving Kennedy the base his needs to make a go of it.

Sadly, Robert Kennedy's candidacy may not endure long enough to have a shot at winning because the Biden administration is trying to ensure he goes broke trying to protect himself.

How? By polling at these historic numbers, raising millions of dollars and frankly given the Kennedy family history – Biden is denying Kennedy protection.

Kennedy certainly qualifies for protection from the Secret Service (USSS) under 18 U.S.C. 3056 (a)(7) and guidelines set up by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It is true, the USSS does not decide who gets such protection – that is determined by the Secretary of DHS, Alejandro Mayorkas.

Mayorkas, ostensibly under White House direction, by not providing Kennedy secret service protection, is placing the man and his family's life at risk. It is under Mayorkas purview – and his responsibility – to protect Kennedy.

It's just disgusting politically – Biden is ensuring Kennedy will have to spend much of his campaign cash on personal security services rather than legal fights for state by state ballot access, in essence giving the man a choice to campaign without protection to have a legitimate chance at the presidency – or lose by spending money on what should be logically and legally provided for his personal security.

The legacy failed in its efforts to contain the Kennedy candidacy and now the weaponized DHS has stepped in to stop it by any means necessary.

Kennedy joins Adams and Trump and countless others who have and continue to be harassed, prosecuted and bullied by a weaponized Biden administration and other deep state Democrats – people who are not afraid to use and other agencies to achieve political goals regardless of the financial, mental and physical harm it may cause to those victims. And if a person happens to die in the process, they seem to be okay with that too.
