The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has no limits to its quest to rule the world, as it believes they are entitled to do. And increasingly, that quest involves developing a first-class military with cutting-edge technology and using cyberwarfare against Americans.
I recently wrote about how China is hacking almost everyone and everything in our country.
But now we have increasing evidence that the Chinese are even grabbing the genetic material of any number of Americans from genetic testing kits made in China to potentially create their own super soldiers, or super geniuses, and to create diseases targeting specific ethnic groups in our country.
And this isn’t science fiction or clickbait. It is real.
The man who is exposing this danger is a former senior intelligence officer with the CIA and the author of The Fourth Intelligence Revolution: The Future of Espionage and the Battle to Save America.
In an exposé for the Daily Mail Plus, Anthony Vinci, who also served as the Chief Technology Officer of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), explains how China is just as likely to target your wife and son as it is intelligence officers, or the military or politicians who run our nation.
As he describes it, the threats of Chinese espionage and hacking of Americans are everywhere, from the cell phone you carry, PC you use, your kids’ video games, to our health care system, our banks and our smart TV sets and other appliances.
In the case of our genetic material, the NIFTY test — a product of BGI Genomics — was developed in China, with the support of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). (RELATED: What The First 48 Hours Of A US-China War Would Look Like)
And the genetic information obtained from us — sold to us as needed to detect Down Syndrome and other chromosome abnormalities in unborn children — is also used by the Chinese military in what it innocuously calls “improving population quality.”
This basically means using our DNA to improve their Chinese babies.
But this Chinese entity doesn’t just make DNA tests; it has sold millions of COVID tests globally, including in the U.S. So, they could have access to your DNA in other ways.
And note, by Chinese law, every Chinese national and company must provide the Chinese Communist Party with any information it asks for. Which is why every Chinese national or company in the U.S., or engaging with Americans and our companies, anywhere, is a threat.
Why should any of this worry you? Because we are all being targeted.
As Vinci explains, “Your cellphone has almost certainly been hacked by a Chinese intelligence officer, and perhaps your text messages have been viewed by someone in Beijing.” (RELATED: China-Linked Crime Rings Pocketed Over $1 Billion From Scam Texts)
He adds:
That information could be used to one day blackmail you or someone in your family. Or target an information operation against you, to disrupt our democracy or otherwise harm our interests.
If you or your friend or child have used TikTok, you have likely been a part of a covert influence campaign. Moreover, it is likely that campaign worked, as researchers at the Rutgers University Miller Center on Policing and Community Resilience and the Network Contagion Research Institute have shown that those who used the app most have more positive views regarding China’s human rights record.
Artificial intelligence will present an entirely new threat. Already China has launched an AI system called DeepSeek that is available right now on the app store. It’s been shown that this app censors information the CCP disapproves of.
Such AI systems could also be used to ‘hack our minds’ by subtly presenting, censoring, or changing information over long periods of time.
Vinci says this AI could “incept” an idea, just like in the Christopher Nolan movie, convincing you over years that political violence is acceptable, or that voting is useless.
These inception threats would develop generationally.
He notes that children, and even adults, are now interacting with AI in the form of ChatGPT or Grok as if they are people. Imagine if one of these systems was infiltrated by the Chinese Ministry of State Security and they implanted information, slowly incepted ideas, beginning when someone was a small child.
This is how the Chinese Communist Party is operating to further its goal of world domination, and why we should do all that we can to block Chinese attempts to steal our data. We are all in danger from China. Even here at home.

Several years ago I met a younger Chinese female who was allegedly studying at a small college in southern California. I helped her to recover some money she had paid to an American for rent that his landlord refused to return to her when she left the unit. She repeatedly offered me food with utensils and she protected the utensils carefully so she could extract the DNA. I didn’t want the food and she was so upset that I refused I spit on the spoon, returned it to her and said, “Here’s the DNA you are seeking”. It was so obvious. They have a billion and a half Chinese, but between robots and enhanced DNA cloning, they will never stop.
