Democrats must know that they are in trouble over home heating and electricity prices. Why they were not held accountable last November defies all logic, but voters may be learning from their past mistakes.
Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris told us that the Biden administration had reduced the price of home heating and electricity. Talk about being out of touch with reality. I guess it was her version of trying to pull off a Jedi mind trick of telling us what to believe. However, it turns out Jedi mind tricks don’t work on people who are freezing due to their thermostat turned to 62 to save money.
At the same time, Harris was feeding us her falsehoods about Congresswoman Lori Trahan, who is a member of Rep. Katherine Clark’s whip team and an original sponsor of the Green New Deal and was emailing supporters for donations on the same subject matter. Here is her opening line:
“Unfortunately, I can’t say I was surprised to see this headline in the news: “More rampant gas price gouging: Exxon reaps obscene $56 billion profit for 2022 on backs of hard working Americans.”
Do you recall seeing that headline anywhere? I don’t. However, I did find that same claim in a press release from the Environmental Working Group (EWG). Who knew that they were a news source like Fox or CNN? They are not. They are a 501(c)(3) pushing their environmental agenda on green energy, but that doesn’t matter to Trahan, who has $867,000 in her war chest. She’s using the lie to beg for more donations from people who are suffering due to inflation.
Trahan further claims that “Oil and gas companies have been taking full advantage of our pandemic recovery and the war in Ukraine over the past year. They’ve squeezed every extra dime out of consumers they can rake in record-breaking profits and buy back their own stocks in order to secure multi-million dollar bonuses for executives.”
In other words, we are paying higher prices due to the evil oil companies. It has nothing to do with Biden’s failed energy policies. As we all know, the buck never stops with the Democrats.
Who shut down the Key Stone Pipeline? It wasn’t a right-wing conspiracy or the oil companies. It was Biden. I don’t recall Trahan speaking out against that or any other Democrat. They just let it happen.
Trahan is wrong about the pandemic. Like so many other businesses across the country, oil companies took losses during COVID.
Who made us dependent on foreign oil again? It was Biden. He suspended oil and gas leases in the Arctic and on federal land which has driven up our nation’s dependency and price of foreign oil. That money helps fund Russia’s war on Ukraine.
If Trahan had sent out this communication via the U.S. Postal system, she could have been turned in for mail fraud. It is time to turn up the heat on the Democrats and finally hold them accountable in 2024!

Kamala Harris is a great example of a Democrat past mistake!
With courts packed full of leftist activist “judges”, even when we do try to hold them accountable, they just dither ’til evidence can disappear, then declare “no standing”, at best, or just toss the case before even that. It’s been happening at least since ’08, consistently with everything challenging their control or agenda. So…how exactly, do you propose we do that?

I do not understand why low and middle class voters vote for Democrats when the left wing policies of the Democrats are driving up the cost of living especially for food and energy. The electric cars they promote are not affordable and their batteries take too long to recharge. E Vs are not nearly as clean as the Democrats say they are. I think hydrogen fuel cells would be a far superior way to power electric vehicles because you can refuel them in a short time and are not dependent on high cost minerals like the lithium ion batteries. I also think the Democrats lie when they say that the burning of fossil fuels causes global warming or climate change.
