For four long years, the nation was deceived. The so-called leaders of the free world operated as though the American people were mere spectators at a puppet show—and the marionette strings were held tightly by an unelected clique of aides and handlers. We now know, thanks to a damning investigation by The Wall Street Journal, that President Joe Biden’s mental decline was not only a known issue from day one but was systematically covered up by his closest advisors and White House staff.
This wasn’t just poor management or political spin; it was fraud against the United States government and the American people. The deliberate concealment of a president’s inability to fulfill his constitutional duties is not only immoral but illegal. The culprits must face both criminal and civil consequences to restore integrity to the republic and ensure such a betrayal never happens again.
The Crime Against the Republic
When Biden entered the Oval Office in January 2021, his decline was already apparent. His team—a shadowy “triumvirate” of close advisors like Bruce Reed, Steve Ricchetti and Mike Donilon—moved swiftly to shield the president from scrutiny. Meetings were canceled, national security decisions were delayed and public appearances were carefully orchestrated to avoid gaffes. On Biden’s “bad days,” aides scrambled to fill his shoes, assuming roles that rightfully belong to the commander-in-chief. His own Cabinet—those constitutionally required to lead alongside him—was kept at arm’s length.
This wasn’t incompetence; it was orchestration. Staffers engaged in an elaborate ruse to hide the president’s incapacity. Congressman Adam Smith, then chair of the House Armed Services Committee, could not even contact Biden ahead of the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal in 2021. Thirteen service members lost their lives that day because critical decisions were being made without leadership—or worse, with Biden as a figurehead manipulated by his handlers.
The deception extended into the most sacred realms of governance. Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into Biden’s classified document mishandling confirmed the charade: Biden, at 81, could not repeat lines fed to him by his own staff. Hur’s refusal to charge Biden stemmed from the grim reality that a jury would see him as a “sympathetic, elderly man with a poor memory.” Such words—“pitying” words—should never be uttered about the leader of the free world. And yet, for four years, the White House knew and hid this fact.
Criminal Conduct and Legal Accountability
There is no question that White House officials and staff engaged in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the American people and the U.S. government. Under 18 U.S.C. § 371, it is a federal crime to conspire to defraud the United States by obstructing lawful government processes. By hiding Biden’s decline, these individuals disrupted the constitutional chain of command and obstructed the 25th Amendment process, which provides a legal remedy for presidential incapacity.
Furthermore, under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, knowingly concealing or misrepresenting material facts to federal officials constitutes fraud. The cover-up forced officials—in Congress, the military and national security—to operate under false pretenses, believing Biden was capable of fulfilling his duties when he clearly was not.
Even worse, the White House’s calculated deception endangered national security. When aides must repeat cues to a sitting president, provide him instruction cards on where to walk and sit and shield him from public scrutiny, the entire nation is left vulnerable. These actions amount to obstruction of government functions under 18 U.S.C. § 1503 and demand immediate investigation.
The Constitutional Betrayal
This cover-up strikes at the heart of the Constitution. The 25th Amendment exists precisely for situations like this: when a president becomes unable to perform his duties, power must shift to the vice president to ensure the continuity of governance. By deliberately concealing Biden’s incapacitation, his aides violated not just the trust of the American people but the constitutional framework that sustains the republic.
We are not governed by kings whose infirmities can be quietly managed by courtiers and confidants. We are a nation of laws, where power flows from the consent of the governed. To deny the public the truth about Biden’s condition—while permitting a cabal of unelected “Biden whisperers” to wield power in his name—is a betrayal reminiscent of ancient Rome’s worst excesses. Cicero himself warned against such duplicity, for it weakens both the state and its people.
The Political Fallout
The consequences of this fraud are staggering. America nearly reelected Joe Biden for a second term, oblivious to the full extent of his decline. Only the disastrous debate against Donald Trump this past June shattered the illusion. The spectacle of Biden’s vacant stares and incoherent answers was undeniable. Democrats themselves turned on him, realizing the ruse had become unsustainable.
But let us not forget: this cover-up wasn’t just about Biden’s health. It was about control. A small clique of advisors—accountable to no one—exerted outsized influence over the executive branch. Decisions impacting national security, the economy and foreign policy were made not by an elected president but by staffers who had no business wielding such power. The Biden presidency became a shadow government, an affront to American sovereignty and democratic principles.
Prosecution Is the Only Remedy
To restore faith in our system, those responsible for this cover-up must be held accountable. Criminal charges under 18 U.S.C. § 371 and § 1001 must be pursued against those who participated in this conspiracy. Civil actions for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and misrepresentation should follow to expose the full scope of the deception.
Moreover, Congress must investigate the failures of the 25th Amendment process. Why was it not invoked? Who stood in its way? How far did the conspiracy reach? The American people deserve answers, and those complicit in this fraud deserve justice.

We all know that these same people are preparing Pardons for themselves and either having Joe Biden sign them or someone is signing them for him. It will not do the nation any good to continue to chase a rabbit down a drain hole. Instead we should insist on Age Limits be placed on the President, Vice President, and members of Congress. The only problem is that Congress will never do that as the senior members are all Narcistic Personalities who are gathering wealth every day and cannot fathom stopping it. Just the latest Bill “to keep the nation running” had within its thousands of pages an increase of Congressional Members, both House and Senate, of double what they are currently making, doubling their benefits, doubling their Congressional Retirements, and many extras. Congress should have been asking about the Presidents decline, it was obvious to everyone in the world, but a Democratically controlled Congress chose to ignore it. This has to be changed. I always thought after elections both Red and Blue came together for the greater good, but no, it has changed. One final thought is that ALL congressional members should be forced to make their incomes and financial status to the General Public. Unexplained income or assets on these members strongly suggest they have been comprimised and should go to a special investigative devision under the SCOTUS for evaluation and recommendations. All Lobbying should be outlawed within the confines of Washington DC.
In light of this information, the pardons granted by Biden should be immediately rescinded including the one that pardoned his son Hunter for wrongdoing and criminal offenses over 14 years. It is obvious that given his public denials he would not pardon Hunter, someone other than Biden authored the pardon and duped Biden into signing and issuing the pardon. This also is applicable to the thousand of pardons he subsequently and most currently issued especially those to persons upon further examination would never have been pardoned by any President.
What I don’t understand is when it became clear to the public (after the debate with Trump) why was he not removed allowing Kamala to be President?
It is as if to say, we knew he was incapable but uninterested in really doing anything about it.

For those of us who were paying attention back in 2019 & 2020, Joe Biden was obviously not capable of leading the nation. He was running a campaign from his basement through carefully orchestrated Zoom calls and interviews. His wife, his staff and the biased media were fully complicit in the masquerade. They were assisted by the DOJ, CIA and FBI, all part of the “Deep State” and “Swamp” that Trump and the MAGA crew were fighting against. The COVID “plandemic” was used by the DNC to modify the election processes unlawfully, thereby fraudulently affecting the election results. I am still wondering why and how the court cases never seemed to target THAT angle of election fraud. And fraud it definitely was. The Pennsylvania State Constitution spells out that only the State Legislature is qualified to make changes to most aspects of how all elections are run, what and how dates are determined, how ballots are worded, printed, distributed, collected and counted. Instead, using COVID as an excuse, the Election Board and the Bureaucracy made changes unlawfully and EVERYONE went along with the farce. THAT was the true nature of the fraud. We all saw it happening but nobody seemed capable of putting their finger on these elusive details in court. I kept wondering how the Trump legal team could miss such an obvious angie of attack through all the court cases. I still wonder. The DNC, and the Left in general, stole the 2020 election through a series of tiny steps, many of them so small that they have gone unnoticed to this very day. Others were glaring enough that the GOP and the Trump Team were ready for them and either prevented or fought them as they were occurring this time. I don’t think the Left will get away with so much election fraud again for quite a few years. That is not to say they won’t try, though. But many people’s eyes were opened in November 2020. And many people saw how important each and every vote could be and how much damage could come from just one election term in office held by one incapable person when he/she is backed up by an entire machine driven by a Progressive agenda.
One of the most frightening aspects of the Biden years and the resulting chaos and turmoil is the fact that nearly half of the country is still supporting an administration that was so inept, so dishonest and so unqualified that, even now, they are doing damage that will take years to correct, mostly out of spite. Biden has gone “off the ranch” and nobody seems inclined to pull him back in.
