CPAC had many illuminating moments.
One particularly penetrating one came during a discussion entitled “Lock Her Up for Real.” During which, Truth Social CEO and ex-Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) and former Trump administration official Kash Patel discussed why they always believed in special counsel John Durham.
Their discussion offered insight from a perspective unattainable anywhere else (behind the completely opaque curtain of Washington, D.C.).
It shed light on the forces Durham has to contend with daily and how he has persevered despite having scant resources.
For Patel, what has surprised him most is how Durham has lived up to his incorruptible reputation.
“He’s following the money,” Patel kept saying when discussing Durham’s probe into the origins of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
Through detailed and laborious work, Durham has gotten 17 FBI agents fired. He has also indicted the primary source for the Steele Dossier (among others), who promoted the false narrative of Donald Trump being a Kremlin stooge.
Regarding Durham’s progress, conservatives would be well-served to remember that the political operation to monitor Trump Tower and eventually the White House was unprecedented.
Knowing the power of the forces arrayed against Durham, from the Clinton campaign to a cabal of dirty cops, Nunes said he was the only conservative member of Congress to have faith in Durham.
But it wasn’t just the Clinton campaign and corrupt federal agents who executed the plot against the president, Nunes added.
It included people we haven’t heard much about, like the four computer scientists allegedly authorized to promote false cyber connections between the Trump Organization and a Kremlin-linked bank.
Patel claimed the conspiracy is much bigger than even he and Nunes knows.
Let Durham do his work and keep the faith, Nunes added. “There’s probably a dozen or more people who deserve to be indicted.”
Meanwhile, Durham has to do everything right. One misstep could be fatal to his career.
Patel drove that point home, stressing to the audience, “If Durham gets one paragraph, one sentence, one clause wrong, then he’ll be destroyed. He has to be methodical.”
Fortunately for the right, “He doesn’t leak,” Nunes exclaimed, “That’s the sign of a real prosecutor.”
Moreover, as a federal prosecutor, Patel knows how long it takes to prosecute a problematic case. “This makes Watergate look like a parking ticket,” he added.
And yet Durham continues to operate without fear or favor.
Along with the recent indictment filed by Durham, the special counsel routinely issues 40-to-50-page pleadings.
“You don’t get those for lying to investigators,” Patel noted.

if the Biden administration leaves him alone he will eventually get the answers.

This is what i have been wanting. It is extremely disheartening to me so many Americans don’t think for themselves. They are like servants waiting for their master at every level of their lives. If there are any doubts in their minds it’s concluded with blame on someone or something else.
I wish and hope for all the perseverance, fortitude and strength for Mr. Durham and his team. I have one concern though regarding undercurrent activities out there by those who maybe conspiring to infect and damage Mr. Durham and his team, physically and/or verbally or both. There are very bad human beings out there as we all know.

Durham is our only hope of getting to the truth about what actually happened. Given time Durham is the man to get to the truth. What comes out of his investigations will be the truth, good or bad. It will be what this country needs, the truth. That is if the clintons let him live long enough to finish it.
The whole truth must come to light, i personaly believe the dishonest dealings most coming from the Democratic party members. They don’t care about us, only their goal is power & money. Folks we didn’t send them to our congress & senate to disown us they were elected for a good reason, not a dishonorable reason.When all the truth comes to light,bring charges & indictments & punish with laws our fore fathers wrote in Constution.
PLEASE tell us about the “17 FBI Agents” that were “fired” … names unnecessary however duty assignment, years in service, pension status, who they went to work for after their “service” to the nation.
