ANALYSIS – Russian leader Vladimir Putin invoked Jesus, Satan and transsexualism in a Kremlin ceremony on September 30 where he illegally declared parts of Ukraine as Russian territory.
This followed the sham annexation referendums in Russian-occupied lands in Ukraine. (RELATED: Ukraine Applies for NATO Membership as Putin Annexes 4 Territories)
In his speech Putin said: “They [the West] are moving toward open satanism,” noting accurately that Western elites were teaching “sexual deviation” to children, encouraging them to change their gender.
He added: “We’re fighting for historical Russia, to protect our children and grandchildren from this experiment to change their souls.”
Putin cited the Bible to slam Western gender policies: “Those poisonous fruits have become visible, not only to people in Russia but also many in the West.”
Indeed, I too have increasing difficulty describing the insane gender ideology targeting our children and infecting our society as anything but demonic or satanic. (RELATED: Biden State Department’s ‘Radical Gender Imperialism’ Targets Friends and Allies)
Putin is not wrong.
While I have strongly condemned Putin’s unprovoked war of conquest against Ukraine, support arming Ukraine to the hilt and see Putin’s new religious messianism as opportunistic and calculated, his description of our Western elites and our increasingly depraved ‘satanic’ culture is spot on. It’s a shame that Putin is saying this truth the loudest.
Putin noted that the West has moved “to a radical denial of moral norms, religion, and family …” adding:
The dictatorship of the Western elites is directed against all societies, including the peoples of the Western countries themselves. This is a challenge to all. This is a complete denial of humanity, the overthrow of faith and traditional values. Indeed, the suppression of freedom itself has taken on the features of a religion: outright Satanism.
Putin continued:
Do we really want, here, in our country, in Russia, instead of ‘mum’ and ‘dad’, to have ‘parent No. 1’, ‘parent No. 2’, ‘No. 3’? Have they gone completely insane? Do we really want … it drilled into children in our schools … that there are supposedly genders besides women and men, and [children to be] offered the chance to undergo sex change operations? … We have a different future, our own future.
Of course, the left had a field day with Putin’s speech, comparing it to so-called MAGA rhetoric.
As Newsweek reported:
In response to Putin’s speech, comparisons to the GOP arrived on social media, with some pointing out similarities in the rhetoric of prominent allies of former President Donald Trump, such as his former adviser Steve Bannon and Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia.
“You know who else talks about Satanism besides Putin? Our American werewolf,” writer Nina Burleigh tweeted, alongside a photo of Bannon.
“Putin has accused the Biden administration of ‘Satanism,” tweeted John Schwartz, a journalism professor at the University of Texas at Austin. “Who does he think he is, Marjorie Taylor Greene?”
Then there are the more serious leftist critiques noted by Newsweek:
University of Pennsylvania religious studies professor Anthea Butler, author of the book White Evangelical Racism, said during a Yale University conference on Christian nationalism that “Putin’s rhetoric about the West abandoning religion and embracing Satanism echoes U.S. religious right figures (who have long admired Putin),” according to a tweet from writer Peter Montgomery.
While in no way defending Putin, or his outrageous war in Ukraine, I can’t deny that in his comments about the depraved West, he is not wrong.
In an increasingly irreligious and atheistic society, denying that evil, or Satan exists, is the biggest coup Satan can accomplish.

I can’t deny some of what Putin says about the West American’s values is true but not under true Mega Republican Rule it’s under Democrats and Globalist’s along with Rhinos in the Republican Party we all know who they are the true evil one’s. They started to change American values it all started with Democrats and Obama being in office for 8 year’s he started the erosion of American values then after him Clinton’s 8 year’s in office continued the destruction of American Value’s, Trumps 4 year’s in office slowed down the evils and called them out in the open to be seen for what they are a Evil Empire witch is why they must Destroy Mr Trump as we continue to see this happen, And for the record the January 6, Demonstration that’s all it was stop the Lie’s if it was a true Insurrection Washington would have burned to the ground on that day. Mr Trump and 76 Million Mega Republicans are the new Defender’s of Truth and Accountability in America. As for Democrats who now work with Globalist’s and the so called New World Order witch is nothing short for Satin in hiding is what we see now from Biden also it’s the so called Mega Party true Americans they are the only thing standing in the way of Evil’s total destruction of the world it’s always been there Satin’s plan and with the help of the of Globalist’s and Democrat’s brain washing everything and everyone Democrats Evil plan continues day by day with the Destruction of Churches removing all references of God in America and the Democrats pushing there Evil Agenda on Tv and Social Media the Radical’s on the left think they will win this war but as Ukraine has showed us never under estimate the little guys the under dog they will destroy the Evil in the end so it was written so let it be Done.
What Putin has said about American government, education, and culture is spot on, as it should be to anyone with a functioning brain. How much more clear does it have to be before Democrats begin to see it for themselves? If the Dems can’t be stopped politically, it will be necessary to take stronger measures. We might have to cull an entire generation of college students and the teachers who have indoctrinated them.
