Ramping things up! President Trump promised to deport one million illegal aliens per year, but his historic mass deportations were off to a slow start in his first few months.
Rogue judges attempted to subvert the will of the American people with national injunctions on his plans, violent anti-ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) protests exploded in sanctuary cities, such as Los Angeles, and Democrat leaders fanned the violence and insurrection with heated rhetoric and incitement.
But things have begun to change. And they will be changing faster every day now.
The Supreme Court put rogue judges on notice that their national injunctions were not constitutional, violent riots in L.A., along with Democrat leaders’ inaction, Trump pushed to federalize the California National Guard, quelling the riots before they could expand, and gaining a court victory authorizing his actions, there and elsewhere in the country.
Meanwhile, stricter border controls, aggressive arrests, detentions and deportations, along with creating military zones and deploying troops to the border, have virtually ended the alien invasion we endured under Joe Biden, with only a small trickle of attempts now reported.
This has also freed Border Patrol agents the freedom to enforce our laws way beyond the nation’s frontiers.
Because of the anti-ICE rhetoric, incitement and violence, federal officers from various agencies along with ICE officers, at times supported and protected by Guard troops, or local police where they are allowed, have ramped up their arrests and detentions, and due to resistance and sabotage on the ground, agents have gotten increasingly aggressive.
Part of this aggressiveness is intended to short circuit resistance and violent riots before they occur or escalate. Part of it is in fact theater to send the message that illegal aliens will be caught, and it won’t be pleasant, encouraging them to self-deport en masse, as many are doing.
But if you thought this was tough, things are about to get a whole lot tougher.
White House “Border Czar” Tom Homan explains how ICE will use new funds.
Thanks to Trump and the GOP’s Big Beautiful Bill, and the $170 billion authorized for overall border security and immigration enforcement, ICE now reportedly has more money to spend each year than all but 15 of the world’s militaries, making it the largest federal law enforcement agency in the country, and our history.
“ICE is set to get $76.5 billion, nearly 10 times its current annual budget,” AP reported. “Some $45 billion will go toward increasing detention capacity. Nearly $30 billion is for hiring 10,000 more staff so the agency can meet its goal of 1 million annual deportations.”
With its new $27.7 billion annually, ICE is now offering $50,000 signing bonuses, student loan repayment and forgiveness options, and even “patriotic recruitment posters and benefits to attract the next generation of law enforcement professionals to find, arrest, and remove criminal illegal aliens,” the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) just announced.
While one former ICE official “estimated it would take three to four years to actually hire and train” those 10,000 new employees, in the meantime, ICE is expected to “rely on private contractors, National Guard troops and other federal law enforcement officers to meet the administration’s goal of 3,000 arrests a day.”
ICE wants to make immigration enforcement as efficient as FedEx or Amazon. For that to occur the government needs detention and transport hubs.
Louisiana was poised for this moment. ICE is already operating at least nine large detention facilities for migrants in Louisiana, the New York Times reported. One such facility in Alexandria — a former Air Force base until 1992 — is now, as Times puts it, “the deportation capital of America.”
It also makes Louisiana a model for ICE’s expansion nationwide.
Looking forward to seeing ICE ramping up the entire deportation process. It’s been long overdue.

Before Trump was elected he said they would deport “all” illegals, then after he was elected, he said they would deport only criminal illegals. This isn’t the first thing Trump has back peddled on. As far as Trump’s and the GOP’s BIG BEAUTIFUL DEAL, what joke! He did nothing for all the senior citizens who don’t file income taxes. NOTHING!
