ANALYSIS – One of Joe Biden’s many illegal aliens allowed to invade the United States across the nation’s now wide-open southern border has become a minor internet celebrity by mocking Americans and teaching other foreigners how to scam the United States.
One frightening bit of advice he gives is how to invade empty American homes and invoking “squatters rights.”
The young social media “influencer,” Leonel Moreno, originally from socialist Venezuela, entered the U.S. illegally at Eagle Pass, Texas in 2022.
His listed point of contact in the U.S. was Catholic Charities in Miami, according to ICE documents.
Unlike the untold number of illegals who have entered the U.S. undetected, Moreno was initially enrolled in the Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, broadly expanded under Biden, but was released on ‘parole’ due to a lack of space in detention facilities.
But that means nothing. According to internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) records, he was quickly listed as an “absconder” from the program when he failed to show up for his court date.
Sadly, despite his infamy, Moreno is unlikely to be tracked down by the feds, one former ICE field office director admitted that he will probably only come onto ICE’s radar again if he is arrested by local law enforcement. If ICE fails to track down absconders and they simply remove them from the program.
Since then, he has made a name for himself, by making videos in Spanish openly bragging about how he makes more money not working in the United States than Americans who work like slaves.
He has also referred to Biden as “mi papa” (‘my dad’) for allowing him to have his child for free in the U.S.
In one video, Moreno shrieks, “You’re hurt because I make more than you without much work while you work like slaves, understand?” Adding: “That’s the difference between you and me. I’m always going to make lots of money without much work, and you’re always going to be exploited and miserable and insignificant.”
“I didn’t cross the Rio Grande to work like a slave,” Moreno said in one Instagram clip. “I came to the U.S. to mark my territory.”
Waving a wad of what appear to be crisp new $100 bills, the fugitive migrant boasts about making about $1,000 a day begging, and claims to have enough money to support himself, his wife and small baby for at least 18 months without having to work.
How does he do it? By scamming the American system and taxpayers, and by begging, getting food stamps, and income earned from his online videos. He claims that together three of them get $350 a week from the federal government.
Prior to being shut down by the video app, Moreno had boasted of 500,000 TikTok followers. His Instagram, which was still active as of Thursday, has over 18,000 followers.
But he doesn’t stop there. He has also taken to advising other illegal aliens on how they can seize American’s homes using squatter’s rights. (RELATED: Republican Lawmaker Trolls McCarthy’s Premature Office Switch)
In one video he said he planned to make a business out of “invading” abandoned houses and taking them over with squatters’ rights laws, then selling them for a profit.
In another video Moreno is seen handling an AR-15-style rifle at what appears to be a gun show. At one point he was raising money for his fellow Venezuelan thug accused of shooting shoppers in Times Square, NYC.
Recently, Moreno has been seen living in Columbus, Ohio, even posting a video in front of a police car from Gahanna, a suburb of Columbus. Local police said they are aware of the videos but have no idea where he is.

Treasury Secretary Clarifies Threat Against Bill Pulte
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent acknowledged Wednesday that he threatened to “kick ass” during a heated confrontation last year, while firmly denying reports that he threatened to punch the now-acting Director of National Intelligence “in the face.”
The unusual exchange emerged during a Senate Finance Committee hearing, where Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) pressed Bessent about reports surrounding a confrontation between the two Trump administration officials during the summer of 2025.
According to Bessent, one key detail in the widely circulated account was inaccurate.
While he denied threatening.
