An Arkansas judge has ordered President Biden's son Hunter to appear in court next month to face questions about his financial status and defend himself against contempt allegations.

Arkansas Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer sided with , the mother of Biden's four-year-old daughter, who is requesting the court hold Biden in both civil and criminal contempt for failing to turn over requested financial information.

The president's son has been embroiled in an ongoing controversy over his $20,000 per month payments which he claims he can no longer afford.

Hunter has been ordered to appear in court on July 10.

The Washington Free Beacon reports:

Judge Meyer said Biden must appear in July to “show cause, if any exists, why he should not be held in contempt” and to “determine if a finding of contempt and sanctions are appropriate.” The judge said she will consider a range of penalties, including fines and “incarceration for criminal contempt for a period of up to six months.”

She added that Biden's “ability to pay” child support “is or may become a critical issue in the contempt proceeding,” opening him up to questions about his financial condition in court.

Biden “will have an opportunity at the hearing to respond to statements and questions about his financial status” and “is subject to an express finding by the court that he has the ability to pay,” said Judge Meyer.

Earlier in May, Judge Meyer rejected initial requests by Roberts's legal team to hold Biden in contempt, ruling at the time that the motion had “not been properly pled.”

Biden's legal team countered that he has complied with discovery to the best of his ability, but he “does not have access to some of the information requested for various reasons.”

Biden faces up to six months in jail over the contempt allegations.

  1. The republican judges obey the laws and the constitution while god worshiping, demonrat CRIMINAL judges appointed by soros, barry soetoro and chester biden break every law and the constitution .

  2. Hunter is truly scum of the earth for being a dead-beat-dad. The judge should throw the arrogant bastard in jail. He and his family have extorted millions from numerous foreign countries.

  3. If we “common folk” pulled what Hunter is doing right now, after conviction, we wouldn’t see the light of day. Throw him in the brig.

  4. Hunter isa bad guy, to be sure. But he was made a bad guy by his gangster father. What chance did he ever have of being a normal decent human being with Joe as his dad?
