Fulton County, Georgia, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee has made his decision.
After listening to closing arguments on whether or not Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified, McAfee has ruled that Willis can remain on the case but only if she fires special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Conversely, Wade could stay on as special prosecutor but only if Willis steps down.

Trump co-defendant Michael Roman first made the accusations against Willis in a court motion to dismiss the case.
