Fani Willis Ruling Announced In Georgia Election Case

Fulton County, Georgia, Superior Court Judge has made his decision.

After listening to closing arguments on whether or not Fulton County District Attorney should be disqualified, McAfee has ruled that Willis can remain on the case but only if she fires special prosecutor .

Conversely, Wade could stay on as special prosecutor but only if Willis steps down.
