Report: Pence Will Face No Charges In Classified Records Investigation

Former Vice President Mike Pence will not be charged in the Justice Department’s investigation into the classified documents seized from his home from his time serving in the Trump administration.

Multiple sources informed Fox News that the Justice Department (DOJ) has closed the investigation into Pence’s possession of classified documents recovered from his Indiana home.

Fox News reports:

The Justice Department sent a letter to Pence attorneys this week, saying that the FBI and DOJ have completed the investigation no criminal charges will be brought against the former vice president.

The news comes days ahead of Pence’s expected 2024 White House campaign launch. The former vice president is reportedly planning to launch his campaign on June 7.

    If you are letting one off with no charges they all should not face any charges.

    Only a president can declassify documents and his residence was raided twice two months apart …Trump’s property not only had Secret service agents there but Trump’s own security. Biden had 1800 boxes going back to his senate days. Pence was the vice president and should not have had them…but, no one says anything about the three trailer loads Obama took with him telling the National Archives he’d give them back after he digitized them for his library. Since 2015 no library and they were placed in a closed restaurant with no security…two faced justice system.

    And this is exactly why no one should support Pence for president….obviously the Dems are not afraid of him….he will be their puppet….if he hasn’t been already….never did trust the man…
    too slick and always trying to straddle the line and be “diplomatic”….yea….right….total “politician”….and we certainly don’t need more of those….
