Verdict Reached In Hunter Biden Trial

Minutes ago, Hunter arrived at the Wilmington, Delaware, courthouse following confirmation that a verdict has been reached in his trial.

Biden has been found guilty on all three felony charges following three hours of jury deliberation.

“A federal jury has convicted Hunter Biden on all three federal felony gun charges he faced, concluding that he violated laws meant to prevent drug addicts from owning ,” reported.

The charges against Biden were as follows:

  • Count One: False Statement Material to Firearms Sale (max prison sentence: 10 years)
  • Count Two: False Statement in Firearms Transaction Record (max prison sentence: 5 years)
  • Count Three: Possession of a Firearm by a Drug User or Drug Addict (max prison sentence 10 years)

Besides 25 years behind bars, the president's son also faces up to $750,000 in fines.

Legal experts like Oleg Nekritin believe it's unlikely that Biden will face prison time: “Conviction for this type of generally does not result in a prison sentence. Mr. Biden's calculated risk to try this case is a good one, the court's venue is in Delaware, where his family is still popular, and the alleged crime does not involve a victim.”

President has previously vowed not to pardon his son.
