It seems that Joe Biden's backing for Israel is diminishing to the point of no return.
During a meeting with donors Tuesday, the president spoke candidly about the Israel-Hamas war. He expressed his concerns regarding Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition government, stating that their approach to fighting the terrorist organization Hamas needs to be moderated. He believes that if Netanyahu's government doesn't change its strategy, it will continue to lose global support over its bombing campaign in Gaza.
Biden continued to reiterate that Netanyahu needs to make changes and find a lasting resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The remarks amounted to some of Biden's most candid to date when it comes to his view of the ongoing conflict. He has mostly stood shoulder-to-shoulder with Netanyahu in public, despite mounting criticism of the Israeli campaign.
But some daylight has been emerging between the United States and Israel as the civilian death toll in Gaza climbs.
In phone calls, Biden has encouraged Netanyahu to do more to avoid civilian casualties, but top administration officials have said there is a “gap” between Israel's intentions and the realities on the ground.
Biden is facing intensifying criticism from the left for his handling of the conflict. Some progressives have taken to calling him “Genocide Joe” at rallies supporting Palestine.
According to the latest national poll conducted by NBC News, the majority of voters disapprove of Biden's foreign policy. Moreover, the support of Gen Z and young Millennials for Biden has cratered, leading to former President Donald Trump being 2.4 points ahead of his successor, as indicated by the latest RealClearPolitics average.
